I just want to let everyone know that I have filed for divorce from my wife of six years...so over the next couple of months there might be periods of inactivity while I go through this court process. I am not really sure how this works and I will remain as active as i can, I really don't think there is a lot of scheduled court dates in the process until we start talkin' about our kids...but who knows??? Anyone who has a story going on with me please shoot me a pm or try and catch me on skype. I don't want a whole bunch of sympathy about this and would really prefer not to discuss it at this time because this s**t sucks.
But if anyone knows anything about how the divorce process works I could use some advice, I have no idea what the ******** to do...

yeah, pretty much what they said. so unless you were able to smuggle some money away that she knows nothing about, prepare to be ******** hard with no lube twisted

Doesn't matter who has custody (probably her), you pay child support.

Weird Fox Doesn't matter who has custody (probably her), you pay child support. Actually no, at least in my state, the male has the right to child support if he has more than 50% custody. My bro in law gets child support from his ex wife.

Actually no, at least in my state, the male has the right to child support if he has more than 50% custody. My bro in law gets child support from his ex wife. In my state, they favor the mother. True, every state favors the mother, you basically walk in to the hearings at a 70-30% disadvantage because you have a p***s. BUT, if you have a case, or your wife gives up, you can get custody and child support.

well I sure do appreciate all of the support from everyone...this is really ******** up s**t man she is pretty much abandoning us fir sine drug deal dude, so I'm pretty much sure i wont have to pay here no support. That and she had the b***h that she was sleeping with and his buddy try to assault me and pawn our tv...this is truly some ******** up s**t.but at the same time she just ******** her custody case
