Matt Shanahan sat inside of his Chevy Silverado truck with the engine turned off, his eyes locked dead-ahead through the windshield. It had been a long, rough ride up the West Coast, but he had finally found his location: Kelly King's house. It looked like your typical suburban home, in the dark at least. The lights were on and the cars were all parked in the driveway; it must be a typical night for the King family.

The God of Punks slowly turned his head to look at the camera; no smirk or smile was on his face anymore, just a bold look of determination. "Here we are, ladies and gentlemen. Our trip as come to an end. I'm sure you're all wondering why I'm still sitting in my truck and not having a nice dinner with the King family. Well, you see... Kelly still hasn't answered any of my calls or text messages. He's decided to ignore me, even after all my propositions for sitting down and talking about this like men. However, I still think that he's a good man, and he'll come to his senses."

Matt paused his speech to turn the key in the ignition of the truck, starting it up with a low roar, the headlights kept dim. "I haven't tried knocking on his door though... I didn't want to scare his family, after all. So... Perhaps we should try another method, eh?" The God of Punks muttered as he pulled the truck out of Park and into Reverse, hitting the gas pedal to speed up the backing up process. "... Let's say hello to the King family, shall we?" With that, Shanahan slammed his foot down on the gas pedal, causing the tires let out a screeching cry as they spun against the asphalt. Jake the Cameraman finally began to shout out in protest, even reaching a hand out towards Matt's steering wheel in an attempt to stop him. But his hands were locked into place, his eyes locked onto his target, and his foot was smashed against the gas pedal, shooting the massive black truck off at an alarming rate right towards Kelly King's house...

Unbeknownst to the outside world, Kelly King and his family were just then sitting down to dinner. Kelly was wearing a black button up shirt and jeans, and best of all, a smile. He looked around the table at his children, without a care in the world. He'd been relaxing in the house all week since his successful helicopter escape from WWFG. At the table with him were his three kids. His wife was conspicuously, and perhaps luckily, absent. To his left were the twins, one boy and one girl, Carmyne and Kayla respectively. To his right was their older brother, Serenno King. They were all old enough to be adults and live their own lives, but appeared to be living at home for now. Perhaps the tensions running so high in their father's life had drawn them home to make sure he wasn't alone.

"Dad, how as your flight?" Carmyne asked, looking at their father as they all started to eat the steak that 2.0 had prepared. It wasn't that great LOOKING but it tasted better than it looked. 2.0 had never perfected the art of not burning the edge of the meat. Kayla perked up, as she looked at her father as well with a smile. "Yes daddy! A helicopter! That's so exciting!"

2.0 laughed lightly and shook his head. "The ride wasn't as exciting as the events leading up to it." He said quietly, taking a bite of his charred meat.

Reno, however, looked extremely unimpressed. He looked at his dad, shaking head head and sighing. "Honestly father... Mother is so upset with you it's not even funny. You should have stayed and fought. It's not like Shanahan can beat you."

King's smile faltered a little bit. Little did his kids know that things were not so amazing at the King household between the patriarch and his wife... but now was not the time. "Your uh... your mother wouldn't have approved of us fighting. But... she wasn't too happy with the thing I did with the title belt anyway. But she's out of town on business, she'll be back once all of this has blown over. Eat your food, Serenno." He said and took another bite of his food. Life was good now that he was out of the issue. He'd shown Matt what it was to betray his trust and friendship, and that was the last they'd hear of hi--

The roaring of a Silverado raging up to the house stopped his thought process completely. He looked up from his spot at the head of the table, out the dining room window, which was connected to the living room. "Kids, get away from the wall!" He shouted as he stood up quickly... but perhaps late.

BOOOOOOOM!

The entire house's foundations shook as the living room wall/window caved in, sending debris and shattered glass from the window flying in all directions; the massive black Silverado crashed straight through the wall, impaling half of the truck into the side of the house. The camera ricocheted against the dashboard, along with Jake the Cameraman's head. Matt's body was rocked forward from the impact, though he didn't seemed harmed. On impact, his eyes were locked on ahead, a very dangerous smile on his face. He quickly unbuckled himself and opened the door to the truck, taking his time to step out of it. "Good evening, King family! I hope you set my place for dinner! Am I too late?" The God of Punks roared with a overly happy tone to his voice; however, the vengeful stare seeping through his eyes told a completely different story.

The first person up from the table after the crash of the truck through the living room window was Serenno. Kayla's scream rocked the entire house almost as harshly as the impact had. Her twin brother, Carmyne, quickly moved to cover her for safety. Serenno was quick to act however, as he noticed his father, Kelly, staring at Matt Shanahan, like a cow looks at an oncoming train. 2.0 hadn't moved at all, as though he was in pure shock of what Matt had done, for the sake of getting a WrestleMania match. Serenno growled, and bolted out of the dining room, straight at Matt Shanahan. "Get out of our house! This is the house our father built! You're not welcome here!" He snarled, advancing on Shanahan threateningly and quickly closing the distance. Serenno was bigger than Kelly, but smaller, still, than the large and tall Matt Shanahan.

The God of Punks slammed the truck door after getting out, that malicious smile spread across his face. It was a rare occasion to see such a smile on his face... A smile that only brought a bad omen for anyone in his path. His eyes were locked on Kelly's, as if there was a silent exchange going on between them; an unspoken message had been sent. The sound of the shouting young man broke Matt's focus, causing him to turn his head to stare at Serenno instead. As the young man came in close quarters, Shanahan's iron grip shot upward, grabbing his neck and digging his fingers into Serenno's neck. Using his momentum against him, Matt lifted King's son up into the air and threw him down for an uncalled for Chokeslam.

"... Don't try to a hero, for there are none," Matt snarled down to Serenno after he had dropped the young man down onto his back, dealing some massive damage to man's back. The black eyes of the God of Punks shot back up to stare at Kelly King while he stepped over Serenno, towards his real target, "Ain't that right, King?! This ain't no place for no heroes, is it?!" Matt shouted before charging into the dining room area. If King hadn't moved, he might want to now, because Shanahan was gripping the table and lifting it up to tip it over onto King! What a table flip!

2.0 watched as his oldest son was lifted up and slammed down on his back. The sound of his child's air leaving his lungs and then no other sound after with the exception of a weak groan, a whimper really, sent King to another level of surprise, terror, and grief. He heard Kayla scream for Serenno, but he didn't really hear her. It was a bad dream, right? His son wasn't laying in their ruined living room, near his ex-best friend's car, writhing in pain, was he? He'd snap out of it in a moment and he'd be eating dinner with his family again, just like something out of a Final Destination movie. Wouldn't he?

"Dad!"

He heard but didn't listen.

"DADDY!" Kayla's voice screamed out and it brought him from his trance, just dining room table came crashing down onto the Kingly Patriarch with a loud clatter. Carmyne had grabbed his sister and was pulling her back through the other doorway into the kitchen. "DADDY!" She was clearly a daddy's girl, because of the way she cried for her father, despite her apparent upper-teens age.

The Kingly dinner went flying through the air and clattered all over the floor as the table was flipped onto the head of the household. Matt simply stood there for a moment, his eyes locked onto the scene of his former best friend buried under his own dining table. The sound of the girl screaming broke that trance as well, causing his head to snap around to stare at her through the door, the sinister grin still wide on his face. "Your daddy's going to be just fine! Uncle Matt's just here to talk some sense into him!" He turned back to stare down at King, that grin fading immediately.

"Isn't that right, buddy?! You're going to come to your senses, aren't ya? Get the ******** up!" The God of Punks commanded, reaching down to push the table off just to where he could grab onto the King's locks of hair, aiming to forcefully rip him out from under his dinner's wreckage.

The sound of his son in pain, of his daughter crying, and the feeling of wood and metal all over him, gone was the King that was shocked and frozen by Matt Shanahan, and in his place was the One True King, and as Shanahan lifted him up from under the table, 2.0 grabbed one of the plates that had landed near him during the table flipping, and swung wildly as soon as Shanahan had stood him up, aiming right for his thick ******** skull.

The plate collided with the side of Matt's head, causing him to whirl around and stumble away for a moment. Only one other man in history had hit The God of Punks with a plate before, and that man wound up being thrown off of a thirty-foot diving board afterwards.

He lifted a hand up to hold the side of his head, letting out a growl of pain. <********> He snarled as he grabbed one of the dining chairs by the back and whirled around, sending it flying in King's direction, should he no longer be on the ground.

King had moved quickly to the door leading into the kitchen, and he pulled it open to find his twin children still in there, Kayla curled up on the hardwood floor and Carmyne with the cordless house phone in his hand. "Take your sister upstairs and lock the doors! And call the ******** cops! I'll handle this t**t!" He shouted orders at his son and daughter. As he turned around though, he found himself becoming extremely and physically intimate with a dining room chair that shattered into ikea pieces on impact and launched 2.0 into the kitchen, sliding across the floor and into the 'island' that sat in the middle of the rest of the counters.

Shanahan's ability to throw things and people seemed to have drastically improved over the past few months. After King was hit with the chair, Matt quickly pushed into the kitchen, a snarl etched upon his lips in a twisted manner, "How far the mighty fall..." The God of Punks whispered to himself as he stormed towards King, aiming to deliver a rough kick into the man's head, accompanied by another if he hit the first!

King held his back. He'd connected with a corner on the island after sliding across the hard wood floor, and the corner had bruised his spine something fierce. He rolls onto his hands and knees. But the big man was closing quickly and there wasn't anything for 2.0 to grab to defend himself, so the best he could do was tuck into a ball and defend himself by protecting himself in fetal position, his head tucked to his chest, as Shanahan kicked him hard several times.

"Just gonna lay down? Maybe your daughter will make a better opponent at 'Mania, huh?! ********' fight back, you piece of s**t!" Matt nearly screamed down at King, growing irrationally infuriated at this point. He attempted to grab his best friend by the hair and roughly yank him back up to his feet, perhaps he'd succeed this time. If he did, he would attempt to whirl the man around before sending him flying over the 'island' surface!

King was hoisted up on his feet. Shanahan would pay for the threat of fighting his daughter, but in that moment there was very little that 2.0 could do to stop him or admonish him. He tried to hold onto Matt as he was thrown through the air. Part of the island was actually the oven and stove itself, and as King landed, hard, on the floor opposite of Matt, his hand actually grabbed the handle on the oven door, pulling it down after instinctively reaching for something to slow down his fall. It fell open and King landed harshly all the same.

The God of Punks stepped around the counter, his villainous eyes locking onto the man laid out under the oven door immediately. It had been so long since Matt had been in this kind of form that most probably wouldn't expect it of him; for the past few years, he had such a good streak. That seemed to be over.

"See what happens when you run, pal?!" Matt hissed before closing the distance between him and the downed Kelly King and... Leaping into the air? Yes, the massive man attempted to jump and land back-first onto the oven door, hoping to break it off and crush King underneath!
