Kilian and Amadia had managed to fling themselves behind an outcropping of rocks, giving themselves a temporary hiding spot from the Ayrala dragon chasing them. Kilian sucked in a deep breath of air, his lungs burning with both the hit they’d taken and the run he’d just done. He was worn out. Kilian sucked in a breath as he felt energy crackle in the air between him and Amadia. What

Stay. She commanded of Kilian. It was a shock, usually he was the one to give the orders. Because of this, Kilian stayed where he was as Amadia took off towards the Ayrala. As she neared the dragon, she let loose an electrical attack that Kilian had never seen before.
