...because you suddenly realise that writing in first person was a better choice, and after changing it all to third person and going with that for a while, you want to go back to first person and now have to change it all--again.
i want to curl up and kick myself at the same time.
this is my 6th revision due to changing the point of view.
i hate writing. i hate it so much i love it.
someone join me in my despair?

64 pages of hell in third person and wanting to change it all to first.

someone understands. the gods must hate us.
can we drown in chocolate and good old horror movies before we do it?
because i need to experience some sort of happy emotion first.
is it bad that i feel good about the fact that i don't have that many pages?
it's like: 'yay, someone is in more despair than i am! let's celebrate.'

why are you opting for first person?
it really sucks because now most of the scenes have to be taken out.

That's why I make backups before proceeding with major changes. Might be time to start. wink
But yeah, I've done that a few times. Fortunately, none recently. You have my sympathies.

i do think i enjoy the beginning more in first person, so i guess it's okay?

I agree with LiaThistle, start making back ups so you can do whatever you want to one, and still have the other.

Sounds horrible. I have run into that a few times. I normally run the lines through my head in first and thrid person and see which sounds better. Try it. Works for me anyway.

Sorry I didn't see this I've been busy. gonk First person seems better for me, the detail and feeling just seems deeper to me.

I don't believe I've ever run into this problem. Mainly because it's the weirdest thing to me to write in first person .___.
