Time wise, A year in real world equals 2 years gaia wise.
So if your character debuts in 2010, and it is 2013... He'l have aged around six years
Iron man matches have been determined to be 250 posts
(not counting entrances)
Meaning, that one post equals roughly 14.5 seconds of action.
Since we have determined that, it becomes essential that 'One Line' posts become two line posts or higher.

I'm going on record as saying I don't use this method of aging, nor do I choose to really reference my character's ages.
