Hobbies:
Animal Care - Since Yeva was a little girl, she'd shown a great love for animals. In one case, she tried to save a baby blue bird who'd fallen from its nest by putting it in a basket with grass clippings, not realizing that by handling the bird, it's mother wouldn't claim it. While that situation didn't have the most wonderful of outcomes, Yeva continues to strive to help animals in need, taking in many strays and fostering them until they go to a new home. She plans to become a veterinarian.
West Coast Swing Dancing - Yeva is very new to the world of dance, but after her mother began to take West Coast Swing lessons, she wanted to know how to do the same thing and fell in love with that style of dance's graceful yet slingshot-y appearance. Yeva enrolled in lessons and even when her mother quit, Yeva continued. She isn't very good yet, but hopes to get better and even if she doesn't, it's still something she enjoys to attempt and watch.
Sewing - Yeva's grandmother taught her to sew, beginning with blankets, pillows, and quilts. As a young adult, she opened her Etsy shop late 2008 and it is chock full of plushies, (sizes ranging from six inches to over six feet) bedding, and pillows of all sorts. She accepts commissions for custom blankets and prides herself on the quality of her work.
Virtues:
Caring - Yeva truly has a heart for those in need, be they friends, strangers, or animals. She wants to do whatever she can to make their situations better, including putting whoever else before herself. Even though several people have abused this trait in her, she still sees the good in people and aims to help better them anyway she can.
Forgiving - With as many people that take advantage of her caring personality, it's amazing that Yeva forgives as quickly and easily as she does. She rarely stays upset with a person for too long. It's not in her personality to hold a grudge. Many times this has set her up to get hurt over and over by those who understand her mannerisms.
Optimistic - The glass is half full with Yeva. Even if something's going wrong, she feels that after every storm there's a rainbow. When something's bothering someone else, she tries to console them by looking at the bright side. If she's the one being bothered by something or someone, she tends to get upset and cry/whine/pout for a while and then takes another look at the situation to see the positive side, no matter how small that may be.
Flaws:
Emotional - Crybaby might as well be Yeva's nickname. It's easy to make her feel upset by simply not smiling back at her passing on the street. She tends to wear her heart and soul on her sleeve and has been picked on and taken advantage of numerous times thanks to this. She's not the type to get mad over a situation. Pouting is a different story, though.
Naive - Yeva doesn't understand the corruption and hate in the world. It's amazing the girl hasn't been tricked with the "Free Candy" van tactic or something of the sort. She's been ridiculed by her parents and several close friends numerous times over her instinctive response to accept everything as truth and everyone as good. It's caused her several instances of mockery and a few close-calls with some shady characters. She'll change the subject if it's ever brought up since it makes her feel dumb.
Touchy - While being lovey-huggy with people isn't usually a negative trait, Yeva is very touchy with people. She doesn't seem to understand boundaries in terms of how much hugging, petting, kissing, etc. is just too much. When people become uncomfortable with this, (and note the usage of "when", not "it") she feels rejected and has been known to fuss and cry in response.Family Mother: Chandra Kaalia Tirel-Bolas. Name - Mneme Daze!
Execution - Mneme spins in a circle, shouting the name of her attack, and then points with her index finger toward an enemy.
Effect -The affected party will not recognize the world around them for the time effected, but will feel a sense of déjà vu. Locations will suddenly look foreign and faces no longer look recognizable, but the character will feel as if the information they seek is "on the tip of their tongue". Characters who try to remember how they got there or what's going on suffer from confusion and disorientation.
Use Limits - This attack may be used three times per battle and affects one person.
Power Limits - This attack lasts for twenty seconds.
Weaknesses - Mneme must not be bumped while spinning and pointing at her victim or else the attack will fail. She can hit a target up to three feet away.
Super Sailor Scout Attack:
Name - Mneme Haze!
Execution - Mneme spins in a circle, shouting the name of her attack, and then points with both of her index fingers toward an enemy.
Effect - The affected party will not recognize the world around them for the time effected. Locations will suddenly look foreign, and faces no longer look recognizable. Characters who try to remember how they got there or what's going on suffer from confusion and disorientation.

Eternal Sailor Attack:
Name - Mneme Stupor!
Execution - Mneme spins in a circle, singing the name of her attack, and raises her hands up slowly, creating an invisible range.
Effect - The affected parties will not recognize the world around them for the time effected. Locations will suddenly look foreign, and faces no longer look recognizable. Characters who try to remember how they got there or what's going on suffer from confusion and disorientation.
Use Limits - This attack may be used one time per battle and affects all parties within the five foot radius from Mneme.
Power Limits - This attack lasts for thirty seconds.
Weaknesses - If Mneme is knocked down during her attack, it will falter. The range is stationary and doesn't move as Mneme does.

Not sure if it's far enough away not to overlap but Mnemosyne is on the locked/forbidden name list and Mneme is very close to that.

Thank you, Zaia! c: I'd seen that Mnemosyne is locked, but I'm hoping that Mneme will work since it's not named after the same asteroid. I'll definitely change it if it's deemed too close, though! C: I've already asked about sphere help - Mneme is the muse of memory and memory is locked so I'm looking for a close, but acceptable sphere.

ZaiaFantasy I'm really not sure since the two names are so similar but it's worth a try! Senshi of Dreaming was the first thing that came to mind but someone used that. Senshi of thought maybe? Senshi of Fantasy? I hope it'll work! *crosses fingers* Probably will have Melete, muse of meditation, as a back up. If I have to change it, she'll probably end up as senshi of meditation or something close to go with the new name. Just hopping in to say that as long as you avoid memory spheres, Mneme should be more than fine. They are clearly two separate beings, two separate celestial objects, so the conflict isn't there.

Hi Xev! Let’s get working on getting Yeva a stamp! ON THE CIVILIAN SIDE:Hobbies: For Dancing, I’d love to see some more details! You mentioned she went to lessons with her mom, does she still take them on her own? What’s her favorite style? Does she have a favorite? Things like that! Right now it’s a little bare! VIRTUES: These look good! I can definitely see why people would like Yeva for these things. I also appreciate that you cover how her being something of a “crybaby” still plays into her being optimistic. FLAWS: Flaws are usually something you’re looked down on for. Do people realize she’s naïve, and look down on her for it? Same with Touchy! Does she do this to the point that it makes people really uncomfortable? You mention she’s upset when she gets rejected; does this feed into her “Emotional” flaw and she throws tantrums? ON THE POWERED SIDE:How, exactly, does this confusion/disorientation manifest, and how does it tie into amnesia? Are the target(s) suddenly confused about where they are or what they’re doing? Is there a range limit to her first two attacks? How far away can her target be? I think a two and a half foot radius is a little low for an Eternal attack, especially one that doesn’t do damage; you can boost it up if you wish! Quote me once you’ve made some changes and I’ll give her a second look! <3

Hey Xevra,
I think Amenesia might be encroaching on memory, which (as Nessy mentioned) is a forbidden sphere? I know it's technically a loss of memory but it still seems awfully close.
Looking at your attacks, might I suggest a sphere of: Conciousness or Confusion? That seems more what your powers really affect, rather than memory.
