I mention to my friend Doe (Dark Doe Alysse) that I'm hoping my slave character gets a master that's the cool princely bussiness man type. Because that's my favorite kind. Someone who is kinda cold normally only showing a soft side every now and then to special certain people while still maintaining a regal air or attitude. Like they can take the most homicidal thought and twist it with an advanced vocabulary while their face is still calm collected with a smile and their tone is polite but laced with daggers and poison! They'd also have to be smart (advanced vocab and obviously educated) and in control, really knowing how to take charge in a difficult situation. That's my ideal master. >w<
Which made me think, I wonder what the ideal slave or master would be to others...so now I want to know! Post a description of your ideal slave or master/mistress! Who knows, maybe someone will be willing to make your ideal master/slave for you! It could happen!

 Ohh that's a fun question! Unfortunately, I don't really have an answer for it!
For me the 'ideal Master' changes with every character. I adore conflict, so... if I've got
a violent character I'd want an equally aggressive Master or it'd be the same dominating
game every time! If I have a shier, more passive character, then I usually like a flirt or a bit
of a tease. If I have a character that's totally OCD clean freak, a slob is the best, or if my
character makes a lot of messes, then I'd want the master to be OCD clean freak so there'd
be conflict there. Make sense?
The ONLY type of master I detest is those pansy Masters that are all passive and like...
Oh I just saved you~ Be free, little slave! *removes Collar*
because it'd be like...
OKAY. *Flees*
Like... right?

Oh god don't I know it! I had one person make a master for me and he was SUPPOSE to be all cold and stuff, someone a bit harsher to handle my character who had had a life on the run a pretty rough life in the wilds and I kid you not, a paragraph in they made him act like a pouty child! He was rolling on the carpet with kittens and tried to immediately like kiss and hug on my character who due to her past was understandably like 'hell no! keep away!' and pushed him away and he got TEARY EYED! Then he pouted, stomped his feet and walked off to sulk! scream -_-'

I'm very much like Kat, my ideal character changes depending on what kind of character I'm playing.
I need to keep the plot interesting!
Unfortunately, that can cause problems when I play the master/mistress and I'm looking for a specific kind of slave, but can't find the right type ^^;
Although sometimes it's surprising because sometimes a character I didn't think would work well, but end up going with it anyways sometimes ends up working up perfectly!

I think for any of my slave characters, that I may ever have, it would have to be the type of master/mistress that was kind of reserved. One that would hide away in their house, and not really know the meaning of fun. I don't know why I think this, but for some reason I can see myself/my character having fun introducing them to new things and watching them open up to the world and actually have fun for once.
Just my thoughts.

For me, I'm someone that's comfortable on almost any type of character. My preference is completely random that testing out new things is welcomed.
But in any case, there are things I kinda hate but at any rate, this is confidential cuz, I don't know myself = w=

Well, I can at least say the ideal slave for my current mistress!
I know I'm looking for somebody who's a bit of a clean-freak.
Despite the play-by, the name, the quotes, and the powers I
do intend to make this character my own in regards to personality
and history! So... I kind of need a slave who will kind of take on
the roll of 'caretaker' for my not-so-little dark child but one that
will also be strong enough to be able to handle her fiery temper.
So... something akin to immortal might be good >_> Well, not really.
God modding is dumb. But at least somebody who has a tolerance
to fire. That might be a good thing to have. Because, Tibbers and fire
aside, this Annie isn't as tough a cookie as she seems XD Oh!
I started to ramble... err. Right. Care-taker, stern, scolding, strong,
maybe a bit of a hard shell to crack? Like, cold until you get close
to them type thing? I dunno. Annie'd see that as a game to make
the slave smile then >_>

Personally, it's hard to say what my preferred Master is because I like being diverse. I tend to mold my characters around pre-existing ones at times, to see how they mesh up. I'm pretty much pliant with my characters, and often end up trying new things, and building my characters to work within the relationship, so I guess there really isn't a set preference. If i made a super high bar of expectations all the time, I probably wouldn't find what I was looking for as easily, so I prefer to build my characters around their surroundings and such.
As far as slaves go, when I'm playing and Master or Mistress, I like to have conflict. Sometimes people playing slaves look to the person playing the master for what is going to happen in the role play, and I find myself not enjoying those as much. While the Master is supposed to be in charge, especially with tame slaves and what not, it's not fun to always be in command and making suggestions. The slave has to have their own little stake in things as well. It's probably why I stay away form completely broken slaves, because it's no fun if they just roll over and say "Whatever you want Master" because that's putting most of the creative work on the master.
