What Rank are you applying for?: Chuunin/Jounin
What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank?: Chuunin should be like mentors, someone for the genin to be able to approach without being afraid because the person is too high a rank. In creates the bridge between Jounin and Genin, and at this point and time, a shinobi should begin to gain a strong protectiveness for it's village and all the living things in it, but also start learning humbleness, and that there are more important things than one's life and needs.

RP Sample:
There were a million things that could go wrong with what she was about to do, but Kamechi knew she had to get this done, and quick, her team depended on her, and she knew if she failed she not only failed the entire village, but her team and herself as well. It was a mission not to be carried out lightly. Her and her team were tailing a group of suspected enemy ninja, though so far they had shown no signs of even being bad people. Three days they had been tailing them and so far they hadn’t even done so much as break a twig. It was at this point that Kamechi began to think that this was all in her head and there was no real problem and that they should give up and report back to the Mizukage, say there was no danger and it was okay to let in the caravan when they crossed the bridge. She shifted her mask from her face, tilting her head slightly as she watched the group stop suddenly. Within seconds a kunai whizzed past Kamechi’s face and she jumped, backing away and jumping from the tree limb, giving the rest of the team the signal that they had been caught .

Now came the fun part.

Kamechi launched forward, pulling the katana from her side in an arching fashion, slicing across the face of the person who attacked her. It wasn’t a decapitating blow, more of a damaging one, and it caused the person to stumble back out of attacking range, gripping his face. This brought out a chuckle and a snarl from Kamechi before she launched forward and grabbed the guy by his throat, slamming him up against the tree. “What is your business? Tell me now!” The man growled and spit blood in to Kamechi’s face. Kamechi felt her lip pull back as her eyes closed, this guy had done it. She took out a kunai and plunged it in to the man’s shoulder, before taking it out harshly and kicking him towards the wagon. “Get the hell out of here, or we’ll be forced to kill you.”

The man really truly didn’t seem to care, as he launched at Kamechi again, his hands clenched in to claw like shapes. This guy really wanted to end his life..

Kamechi plucked a few sembons from her pocket and threw them in to the man’s pressure points, sighing lightly. The man crumbled to the ground like rocks off the side of the mountain and Kamechi put him back in to his wagon, along with the others the rest of the group had knocked out, and kicked the wagon down the hill so it rolled away from the village.

“Why didn’t you kill him Kamechi?” One of her group asked. Kamechi just rubbed her head, sighing lightly before shoving her mask back in to place. “Sometimes there are more important things than killing, hopefully he’ll go back to his superior and tell them we mean business. It’ll be okay.. now c’mon, we’ve gotta head back. Let’s go!” With that she leapt in to the trees with her group and back towards Kiri.

What Rank are you applying for?: Chuunin/Jounin
What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank? Not only should a Jōnin be fearless in front of their students, they must be role models and express discipline in order to gain success and understanding. They shouldn’t worry about the life of one but the life of many and give it their all for the sake of others as well as their future.

RP Sample:
Exams….Exams….

It was a frustrating thing to thinking about but one could easily be slapped in the face with the worst of the worst. Sure, teaching wasn’t as difficult as it seemed; it was only difficult with the students received that made Hazuki want to sigh and accept simple reprimanding. While some teachers are strict with harsh conditions of training, one could place her in the line of intermediate torture. Harsh conditions that won’t necessarily destroy the human body, but strengthen its awareness to the elements known as danger, she tested the students will power and from there, pressed them into certain situations that could appear life threatening if it weren’t for her motherly nature underneath.

She sighed to herself as she soaked her fingers is what seemed to be ointment water with its hazy ripples as she plucked it and swirled it around in the tan bowl. She was dressed for night, hair tousled with the sweat of fatigue and fever. No need for worry, she would better in a few hours. With all the poison she dealt with on a daily bases, one wouldn’t think her recovering from shock would be such an issue.

“It was a stupid move on my part though” murmured the woman as she stretched out her left hand. Porcelain like skin with finger tips that curved in perfect short ovals, the skin around the tips was slightly chipped and dark from what seemed to be burns. The water soothed the aches that stirred her from her sleep or deterred her from harmless tasks like cooking and cleaning, yet they visually bothered her when faced with the fact that she was in healing. “A VERY stupid move on my part.”

Maybe there were times when you should let someone bathe in their own ignorance. It was a thought she was considering, but there was that team effort that was always taught when even she had begun rising the ranks. A battle fought by one was never a guaranteed win and she even risked her life to save someone who figured it would be that said win. In the end, she had suffered burning of her skin and though her arm had healed surprisingly well, her fingers were left with the bulk and slowly in process.

She dipped her hand back in after scowling and looking away with a high level of disdain. Purple hair flying over her shoulders due to the haste of her turn, it fell over her shoulders and kissed the nape of her neck. It wasn’t the look of her skin that bothered her so much but the fact that she felt useless. It rattled her brain and made her weep mentally. Sure no one was immortal and even she had weaknesses, but should someone of her rank be comfortable with such a feeling? It was like she was torn asunder and just blank to the world for the time her recovery would last.

She started stirring her fingers in the bowl once more, her eyes now fixated on the window of her white medical room and to the world of Kiri. The lamps of shops from the distance looked like thousands of fireflies dancing in tandem to unknown music. From a lost gaze of uncertainty, she shifted so that she could sit up from her position. Kiri. It was her home, no doubt about it. Just like any other place, it had its good, bad, young and old. It also had its strong and weak.

“I’m supposed to be protecting these people and I’m still slowly healing from burns? Tch! I know there are others to handle the battles, but I’m worried it’s just not enough. I’m stuck in this room with nothing to look at but blank white walls and the village. This is nothing to call soothing.”

She was grumpy but who wouldn’t be when they were constantly worried and trapped? She had begun to peel at the dead discolored skin slowly to avoid tearing at the new growth and to gently massage the bright pink baby soft addition that had grown underneath. Squinting underneath the moonlight at her hands, she scrutinized her work as she diligently worked. It was time to kill and her own anxiety was easily side tracked by such cautious motions.

It was moments like this she questioned her own strength. She didn’t like to sit out of knowing her homes conditions, yet she was so introverted when in crowds of unfamiliar faces. It was a bit odd to see her as a teacher from her current fidgety shifts and mental complaints. Maybe there was a strength she hadn’t even noticed yet with herself. She stood up from her seat and then walked over to grab her hand towel to clean off her fingers. As suspected, the cloth against her skin shed no remorse and made her suck in the most silent of cries.

“Guess you gotta suck it up.”

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad?
Of course

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them? What if scenarios would be used after learning each of the characters strengths and weaknesses and pinning them into sects where they will be tested on three main aspects.
• How your will affects your judgment
• What would you do if your actions would cause your teammates life or death
• Trust and teamwork
Bonds will be made from both ends, but it will not affect the judgment when in battle.

What Rank are you applying for?: Chuunin/Jounin

What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank? As Jōnin, we probably play the most important role's in our respected villages. As a Jōnin we are the villages helping hands, and the villages closed fist's. We are here to help and protect what we have grown to love. As Jōnin we should take full care of those lives we are given to raise. It is up to use to fully train the younger generations in further shinobi tactics. We are also able to decide if they are truly ready for the hardships that come with being a higher up shinobi. In all I fill that a Jōnin should be feared for their skill, respected for their rank, and appreciated for their tough decision making.

RP Sample:

"It wasn't supposed to go this way."

"It wasn't supposed to go this way." Repeated a voice. As this voice's echo died down, silent sobbing could be heard. "He is gone..... isn't he?" These were the sad words of a little girl seeking reassurance. There was no answer to her question, but the sobbing continued. A man adorned in aquatic blue clothing, rocked back and forth. From behind, he appeared to be traumatized, but that wasn't the case. In his arms laid a limp body of a little boy. Blotches of crimson red stained the mans aquatic attire, giving the illusion of blood staining water. This man rocked the body back and forth, as if he refused to accept the child's death. No tears fell onto his palish youthful face, only a blank stare was there to be seen. This wasn't his first sight of death, no this man has seen plenty of death through out his career. In fact, this man has been the cause of many sudden stops to those poor souls lives. Walks of all life, he didn't try and morally justify his murderous acts, by saying they were bad or evil criminals. No, this man enjoyed taking lives. With such a background, the question could have been asked, "Why is he feeling sorrow."

Even though the kids were old enough to slightly understand death. They didn't quite understand what a sight it was, to see this proclaimed monster in such a state. Here is this guy, who was considered to be cold and heartless, was now filling sorrow for the death of a child. This child held no blood ties to the man, nor did the other two children in the room, for that matter. The fact that he is their sensei held little reason as well. The reason for his sorrow, was because the child's death should have never taken place. A day before this assignment, this man who goes by the name Aqua, had entered a request to drop the child from his squad. Aqua felt that he just wasn't ready for the shinobi life. Even so his request was denied, under the grounds that they thought Aqua was being to hard on the child. This irritated Aqua, but he listened to them.

It appeared that gilt was beginning to cloud his mind. Gilt or blame for the child's death wasn't it. Aqua had no preference on killing, or cared about other people's death. The difference in this boys is, that Aqua had a chance to prevent it. This boy could have been a medic, scientist, or any other profession. Sadly his fate was sealed when it crossed paths with Aquas. It irritated him that this child was forced to stay, even after Aqua gave his evaluation of the kid. As he thought on, he grew irritated. This was one of his pet-peeves. Being power lees was pathetic to him, yet this was his current mind frame. Being aware of his heartless image, he never asked himself were these emotions were coming from. Aqua was well aware that the fuel for these thoughts and emotions, were the fact that his voice wasn't heard.

Aqua was remembering the last minutes of the kids life. Such strong fear radiated from the child's teary eyes. His body shook like a baby born addicted to crack, within Aquas arms. His lips were shivering and turning blue, as blood leaked out of his fatal wound. "Its ok" He lied to the boy as he took his last breath. "Its not your fault sensei." Interrupted the words of a little girl. This caused Aqua to smirk. Staring into the soulless child's face, a thought crossed his mind. "Blame?, Is there some one to blame." His mind argued with people to blame, but blame meant little to the situation at hand. Heck if no one would take the blame he would have been glad to. This would only add another brush stroke to his already demonic portrait.

The sobbing child, who was a little boy, hid his face in Aqua's back. With sobbing words he spoke to Aqua. "Uncle.... i..it's over.. we should head home." The man took a few second's before he made any signs of a response. The man stood up, the child still held within his arms. The other kids looked up at him, for he towered over the two genin. "Ok lets go." He spoke with a voice that seemed slightly irritated. They left the building and began their long and slow trek back to kiri.

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad? ill try my hardest, lol

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them?
Through various test and assignments. Anything from physical assaults to general knowledge. I will train their body, and mind. I found that under dire or stressful situations you can better understand some ones true colors. By my unorthodox training i will either drop them from my squad or have them turned into perfect shinobi's. They will be able to protect them selves and others. With me, we will move as one synchronized being, or i hope to, jaja

Idk how I feel about this sample, since i was all over but ehh-o0blind0o

What Rank are you applying for?: Whatever rank you see fit to put me in. I'm not picky.

What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank?

The role of a Shinobi of any level is one that should be to support and protection for all those that are below you and above you. Even if you cannot do very much or can do a lot the responsibility to be a source of protection and care is always a must.

RP Sample:
(I'll just put one from an old roleplay of mine. Forgive my potential misspellings and missing words cause I'm gonna just copy and paste it and then fix it later on when I get back, but feel free to read over it anyway. If you need another then I can always do that as well.)

It was another stagnant day in the quiet Hidden Leaf Village. The village had obtained a point of noticeable peace back during the time of the Hokage Nicolette; which continues even to this day. There were a few bumps in the road to this peace that cost many lives from energetic children to respected, noble elders. A young man, of a well know medical lineage among the Lear and some other villages, casually paced down one of the paved dirt roads inside the village towards with entrance, although he was not headed for any distinct destination. His shaggy mess of muddy brown with slivers of silver hide within it swayed in the afternoon forest breeze that brought him new life each time he breathed it in. His eyes bore a burning crimson hue, yet it held not a fiery hatred, but a sense of harmony and care that ran beyond simple his eyes. On the right sleeve of his grayish white shirt rested a family symbol of a emerald green dragon silhouette with an Uchiha symbol within its coils that was designed by his mother and father for their sons to pass on to their children and generations afterwards. This symbol displayed the linking together of his family's two clans at the moment of his parents’ marriage and later on of his birth.

After walking for a few minutes, a grouchy looking hunchbacked old woman crossed his path, but when she saw him a smile lifted the wrinkles around her mouth and face. The young man bowed at his waist enough to show respect to this elderly woman while still keeping eye contact. His eyes shone with a warm greeting. He reached down to take hold of this hunched woman's wrinkled and vein displaying hand into his own firm hand, however he did not squeeze it. Instead he placed her hand on his forehead than gently kissed it before releasing it with a tiny smile on his face. The elderly woman laughed in an adorable old lady way and said, "How you ever came from that knuckleheaded Toshiro or that overly sarcastic Dai I will never understand," she patted his hand lightly, "Daisuke try not to be too much like them. Stay sweet." And with that final statement she went back about her business. The young man, named Daisuke, made sure the lady made it safely around, however his smile had faded away. In the pursuit of peace both his parents had lost their lives for the sake of the village and the family they had there that they loved beyond themselves. Daisuke wandered at a slower pace as nostalgic memories of time with his parents played out around every place he passed. Looking at a crooked tree on an open lot, he could clearly remember hearing his father calling out for him to leave the tree. "Daisuke! We need to go home before your mother kills the both of us!" His father called out in his slightly worried tone. A vision of his father climbing up the tree came to his eyes only to disappear as quickly as it had come.

No time for memories now. He continued to walk about near the village entrance. All around people waved at him and he would slowly wave back to acknowledge them, yet he was still not fully excited to see them. Upon reaching the guard tower of the front gate, he walked up the steps to get a better look of all that was to be seen before the night sky drew in to take it from him. He paced slowly up creaking wood stairs that would need to be replaced soon until he reached the top. The guards looked at him for a moment until one of them confirmed that it was Daisuke's chakra before returning to their posts. Walking over to the side of the tower, he beheld the beauty of the setting sun over his home. Down below he couldn't help but to notice the two female figures with Kage hats on and one that looked like an escort possibly. A story, that his mother told him, about his dad had always flirting and getting harmed by Nicolette until he found his real love in his mother. Despite this though, he knew his mom always said it in such a way that one could clearly tell that she was teasing him for being so bullheaded. For awhile he kept his sights on the three women to see if maybe he could follow them and get some useful information.

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad?

If that is what you wish for me to be a part of then yes ^^ considering I'll be active enough to benefit everyone wherever I end up.

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them?

Through a series of random oddball training ideas that does not make an ounce of sense until the training is complete. I would keep things interesting enough where I keep people guessing.

What Rank are you applying for?: Jounin
What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank?
Whatever the Kage desires of me.

RP Sample:
She remained silent; hidden behind some standing stones. The decorative mood of the place was what kept it possible to perform this mission. An old mountain owned once by the government was now taken from them by a group of rebels from Mist. This mission felt less like a mission and more like a part of some big war that she knew in her veins was coming. It was a bad time to be a Genin. It was never a good time to be the underdog, really, but it was so much worse when the underdogs were the ones who went first. Didn't this just feel like proof of it? Here she was, fresh out of the academy and already she was going covert ops on this s**t. The Raikage could've done a mission like this in two to three seconds. Why Sabrina? At least there were others with her. Two Chuunin. They were both sweet little black haired boys who must've just been turned seventeen in the past few weeks. They were good friends from what she saw. She was the outsider. That always meant she was the sacrificial piece.

It only recently sunk in, the realization: that missions were all kill or be killed. Either the enemies would die, or they would. It was just that simple. Maybe she could retreat and live another day. But would it really even be worth it at that point? Her first mission... she couldn't fail her first mission. The girl liked to think of herself as elite. It was time for that theory to be tested. Over her shoulder, she tossed a gas bomb. The thing about this type of gas was that it was easily flammable, meaning... "Katon: Gyoukakyuu no Jutsu!" The gas was lit up in a massive wave of flame. The encampment was totally scorched, and the aftershock of the explosion almost pushed Sabrina right off the mountain. A convenient tree kept her from sliding off, but the force was ongoing, and she felt as if even one person trying to push her away would seal the deal. One of the Chuunin from her group tossed her a chain, and told her to grab onto it. She did just that, being pulled towards him momentarily. There was not a single sound heard for a few seconds after that, if you didn't count the crackling fire and the screams of seething pain.

She knew it couldn't have been this easy, though. If it was this easy, it wouldn't have been such a high-ranked mission. A few seconds later, she heard a terrifying sound coming from the blazing crowd. It sounded like someone just inhaled all of that fire. Then, it sounded like they were... preparing something. The second Chuunin, who seemed like the strongest, stood up and made sure of what he saw. Someone was redirecting the flames back to them. He quickly weaved handseals; quite expertly, really. A freezing barrier of ice formed into a wall to protect them. And the fire just wasn't strong enough to melt it. She knew Hyoton was a counter to fire. And, she knew that the only reason they sent three low-rankers to do a mission like this was because they all had powerful kekkei genkai. The girl stood up from behind the wall, and crept over to her side a little. She kept perceptive of her surroundings; Sabrina had to make sure no one got in a cheap shot.

From right on the side of the wall, she tossed an exploding kunai at the encampment. The kunai actually had two tags on it; an explosive one and a flash bomb. She focused the chakra around her body into a powerful sphere, her body temperature rising, although it remained controlled. The physical-class Chuunin prepared to go in, while the ice element one, as planned, stayed out of the heat of battle and prepared to use his bloodline for utility purposes. When the flash tag exploded, Sabrina was already covered in a powerful, blazing body of fire. She smashed her fist against the neck of one of the stunned rebels, and from just that her hand passed through his skin and flesh, burning from one side of the neck to the other. That... was one down. And it was already becoming too gruesome for her.

A man charged for the unguarded side of her body, but she quickly pivoted on her feet and smashed her knee against his chin, the rest of her leg following up with a blazing kick. It seemed almost like the water in his head evaporated, because he was struck with an empty expression, his body falling limp and onto the floor. The next attack was the one that terrified her, though. She saw it. Underneath the jacket of the charging rebel, there was a series of explosive tags. A suicide bomb! She had no form of defensive technique yet that could defend her against that. She was definitely going to die. She thought that, at least. Hoping some valiant prince, AKA these ******** dickheads stepped in and rescued her. "Ice wall, you s**t!" If those were going to be her last words, she was totally wrong about everything that ever happened in her life.

Luckily for her cheap manicure and her danky a** lip-gloss, an ice wall was followed by her command. It made her wonder: if she didn't scream that, would she have died? Either way, just the force of the explosion pushed her back a little, and cracked most of the ice. It made her vulnerable to the blade that was about to lunge at her, the blade of what seemed like the commander of this... merry bunch. She grabbed onto the hilt with her ankles, and held on tight, her body throwing itself upward using the strength of her legs. The commander caught up quickly, and infused a high magnitude of chakra into his fists, aimed straight for her neck. One of her allies stepped in; the physical one. His Kaguya bones blocked the fist, and a spike jammed forward from underneath the guise of many other bones. It was intent on stabbing the commander, but that just didn't happen. It wasn't like she expected it to, really.

The fact was, she'd been saved twice already. She couldn't really b***h. Then again, it also felt like she was the priority target here... "Yuusuke. You need to bind one of his legs in an ice prison or do something that will debilitate his movement. This guy is all about mobility and countering ninjutsu. Make an opening for Will." She didn't really care that he could hear everything she just said. If he wanted to stop her plan... then he could stop her plan. From that point, he tried to go defensive. He was more vigilant. Which was exactly what she wanted.

Since he wasn't constantly keeping her on her feet, she could let off fire techniques. She gave Yuusuke a signal, and then performed the great fireball ability a second time. He just absorbed it again, but right before he shot it back at them, she released an odorless gas into the air surrounding him that amplified explosions. Essentially, the technique exploded right back into his face and totally burned his body to ash. The force of the explosion was so great, though, that all three of them went flying back. Yuusuke created a massive bowl of ice surrounding the perimeter, and they all fell back onto that instead of... well, to untimely deaths. Sabrina was a little content with how things played out. She was the Genin, and she felt like she did everything.

On the path back to the village, they discussed little things, stupid things. Boys and their adolescent humor, you know? She did nothing but keep a faint smile, and when the time came, she disappeared into the night like an unknown specter.

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad?
Most definitely.

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them?
By shoving my opinion up their a**, I presume.

I apologize for my late replies to you Janet, I've been extremely busy and I've recently just got back from my vacation, so please excuse the wait.

Janet, while you did post your application first, I was only able to look at both of these applications at the same time. I have to be fair in this regard, and as a result, while Shane may have been quite off in the questions I asked for the application, the post that was made was what I was looking for, instead of a post simply copied and pasted from a past RP you were in.

Because of this, Shane, I would happily accept you as a Jounin for Kirigakure. I look forward to seeing your character application and giving you any assistance with any means possible.

Running silently through the halls lining his objective's home, one Shouka Hasabana ducked swiftly into a room on the side of the hallway. Glancing about from his impromptu hiding spot the brown haired Jounin gave a soft sigh. Though he was happy he managed to escape the ambush set up for them, he knew deep down that the squad he was with most likely didn’t make it much further in the fight. Despite their orders that he return to Kirigakure with the news because he was the fastest of their group, the man disliked what he was forced to do immensely. The thought of abandoning his comrades simply because he was faster than them wasn’t the most well-liked thing in his mind...even if it made sense in the end. The mission would be deemed a failure, and the people who decided to ambush them would most likely get away…all because they were misinformed…and lacked the proper training needed to survive such a thing.

Giving another look about the hallway to make sure it was safe to leave Shouka silently stepped from the room, closing the door behind him before continuing on his way, emerald eyes darting about rapidly to keep a proper knowledge of his surroundings. He knew what could happen should a lapse in his concentration happen; he’d most likely get captured and tortured for information that could be used against Kirigakure. So in an attempt to not let that happen his escape was going to require his upmost concentration and skill. Something he wasn’t quite sure he could put into it right now, though he knew he’d have to in order to survive and inform the Mizukage of just what happened that resulted in the failure of their mission.

Arriving at a small junction in the building that lead both left and right, the brown-haired man gave a grunt of annoyance, unsure as to which way he needed to go to escape from the area. Deciding to take a risk he turned down the right hallway, making sure there were no guards before dashing silently down it. In one on one combat he knew he could handle himself, it was the risk of getting caught by a group of people that worried him. Despite being a Jounin even he could make mistakes in a fight, something that could lead to his death. With that thought in mind the man ducked once more into a side room, having heard the distant sound of two people talking down the hallway. Closing the door silently Shouka pressed his body against the wall connected to the wooden door.

Listening for the sound of the two passing by the man gave a soft smirk, ducking out the door before slowly approaching behind them. When he was a few feet away from them he reached for his Kunai pouch, slipping his hand into the cloth before blurring forward, shoving the two blades hilt deep into the skulls of the two. With that done he backed up, shaking his head before turning on his heel to take off in a burst of speed down the hallway. Coming to a stop before what seemed to be a dead end the Jounin gave a grunt of annoyance, glancing out the window at the end of the hallway before sighing. Stepping up towards the window he unlatched the lock, pushing the window open before placing his hands palms down on the windowsill. Tensing up his arms, the male pushed off the ground, flipping himself out of the window before planting his feet gently against the wall. The moment his feet came in contact with the building’s exterior he channeled a small amount of chakra throughout his feet, allowing himself to stick to the wall.

With that done he took a step forward, slowly beginning his trek down the wall towards the ground below. He knew by now that his squad was most likely dead…though it was saddening there wasn’t much he could do for them, this he knew for a fact simply because even with him there before they still lost the fight against the people. Despite being able to kill them rather easily one on one, facing a group of them by himself wasn’t something he was looking forward to trying. Turning on his heel the brown-haired Jounin gazed silently off into the forward around the building, judging the best route to take on his way back to Kirigakure to inform the Mizukage of what happened. Shaking his head in annoyance Shouka gave one last lingering gaze on the building, rather sad that he was abandoning his squad.

Giving a soft sigh the Jounin took off in a burst of speed, jumping down off the hill he was standing on; with that done he threw his arms out to his sides, seemingly gliding through the air before flipping to land roughly on his feet. Staring ahead he noticed a small group of bandits, numbering about ten in total. Tilting his head he dashed forward, disappearing a blur of speed, only to re-appear in the group of people. With that done he lashed out, Kunai’s in hand as he sliced through flesh and bone, disappearing and re-appearing about in random areas with the help of a simple Jinton: Mueishō. After a few seconds and ten deaths later Shouka gave a soft exhale of breathe, disappearing down the pathway towards Kirigakure.

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad? Yes.

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them? I will train them in all forms of Ninja arts my character will know, being Bukijutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu. Until the time that they are promoted or no longer need my training.
