Jutsu Description:
This is a forbidden jutsu that can not be trained, it is in fact learned by accident. The reason that it is forbidden is that it is only possible to learn it once the person learns of it and the cost of learning it.
The person whom learns of this jutsu only has a small chance of it happening to that person. It is only a 0.0001% chance (This is for if people don't want this jutsu)
The person whom learns of this jutsu, if that person becomes angry or very sad the jutsu will activate. Doing this causes the person to rapidly change their age from 5-17. This happens for 5 posts before stopping at the age of 5.
After the 5th post the user is allowed to change his/her age at will but only between the ages of 5-17.
The user can never turn their body to its normal age only change between the ages of 5-17.
(other notes)
This physically changes their appearance of their body, all strength, speed, jutsu, knowledge is kept.
Wounds and injuries received will be transfer to other forms.

Jutsu Description: Izaya is able to form long whips of fire in his hands and wield them like normal whips without the flames weakening or being extinguished. Due to the concentration of these flames they will simply sear through certain objects they come in contact with, never catching them ablaze. The flames are so hot that they can burn through wood with ease, being able to slice a clean path through a tree's trunk and still persist. Swung with enough force it could cause a boulder to crack, and if hit enough times said boulder could break under pressure. These whips can extend to any length as long as it is within Izaya's range of sight, and it should be noted that the longer he makes the whips the slower their movement.Jutsu Name: Fire Release: Searing Touch Technique

This is manly a maneuver he uses to drain opponents' stamina quickly in close combat situations, as the heat emitted from his body starts to become unbearable the longer the enemy stays close to him. Jutsu Description: After heaving a mighty breath of air, the user will exhale and expel mass torrents of a special oily substance in any direction they please. This oily substance in and of itself does nothing more than to coat the area of his choosing in its murk. After this is done, he is able to ignite this oily substance with a simple spark and watch as the chainfire works its way violently around the areas the oil had caught itself on. The oil acts merely as an incendiary, a catalyst if one will to speed up the wildfire's creation. After this use the fire becomes natural and will persist, burning away anything in its path unless stopped. The flames can be put out easily with Suiton techniques of C Rank and above. Jutsu Description: This is a technique in which, with his immense affinity for fire manipulation, Izaya gathers all the flames within the area [all wildfire/natural fires still raging due to his techniques] and has them converge into a single ball in any location on the battlefield. The intensity of the heat emitted from this ball of fire is enough to render limbs useless should they be so careless as to touch it. Depending on the amount of flames that had been in the area prior, the ball will vary in strength, but its size will always be that of a simple tennis ball. After it has grown to its full size [takes three of Izaya's posts] Izaya is then able to hold it like a normal ball without getting burned, aiming and throwing it at its desired target. Upon contact with any surface it will erupt in a massive explosion of epic proportions that utilizes all the flames that had formed it. It is enough to kill an human being on contact, reducing them to ash or even less. It can level entire groups of buildings or a forest if aimed right, all in one go. After the use of this technique however Izaya is let partially drained, having to allow three of his posts to pass by before he is able to use his chakra again. A Suiton Technique of the same rank is able to dispel this technique. Techniques of lower rank will simply vaporize/melt/explode/etc. upon coming close to the ball of fire.

Jutsu Description: This is a simple Genjutsu in which Izaya can fool his targets into believing that he is able to phase through anything as if either it or himself were unreal. It is triggered only when the target loses sight of Izaya, even if only for a split second. With it he could appear to walk through walls, pass through the ground, or even walk straight through a Jutsu coming right at him. Though the person(s) he catches in this Genjutsu sees him pass through these things, in reality he evades and takes another route that would bring him to the very same destination. Due to its rapid usage there is no real time for an enemy to realize it is a Genjutsu and Kai out of it.

Groganofthewasteland Raiken (Lightning Fist)- A
A Nintaijutsu style along the lines of Konoha's Strong Fist, which involves dealing external damage by breaking bones and smashing your opponent. Raiken follows a similar principle, but while practitioners of Strong Fist usually train hard enough to learn to open the 8 Gates, practitioners of Raiken do it via the Lightning Chakra Element, hence why it received it's name. By surrounding their whole body or parts of it with Lightning Element Chakra, their neural synapses are stimulated, allowing for tremendous raw speed.

The drop is so sudden and so fast that many opponents don't have enough time to react before it is too late.

One way is to aim for a kunai that has lightning chakra around it already or just go up in a straight line, reaches up to 10 feet.

Style Descripion:
A sword style Kinto created himself with help from his Sensai, Raitora. The style emphasizes a mix of speed and power. Utilizing a single sword, the user focuses on powerful single strikes meant to finish a fight quickly. The sword is kept moving with deft swings around the user's body, like a polearm as he smoothly switches from one swing to another.
This style's main advantages is sheer power, using the momentum of the swinging blade to easily cut through a victim. The constant motion of the sword also means that it can also be easily brought to bear for defense. But swinging a sword constantly takes a lot of upper body strength and endurance and the user is at a risk of tiring out if he let's a fight drag on for too long.
Advanced practitioners charge their blade with Wind or Lightning Chakra for better cutting power.

Jutsu Description: On his travels around the world, Ruri'iro researched the origins and history of the Shinobi Villages and some of their most deadly or awe inspiring techniques. One such technique is the signature of Hashirama Senju, Konohagakure's First Hokage. After reading about how he can create a forest with merely his chakra and manipulate it to how he sees fit, Ruri'iro thought that he could do the same, but with his Hyoton instead of Mokuton.
And thus this technique was born. After the handseals are formed, Ruri'iro forces ice to grow on any surface, much like the technique it copies. The ice rises higher and higher until it forms into trees made of ice, with extraordinary detail right down to the icy leaves, a product of his attention to detail and artistic talent.
Like the original, he can manipulate the ice to maneuver for attack and defense and to capture an opponent, though he does not have as much flexibility due to the rigid nature of Ice.
With this technique, Ruri'iro has a near endless supply of Ice to use for his jutsu without having to create anymore. Small scale Fire Release Techniques cannot get rid of all the ice and Ruri'iro can reinforce specific trees to use as a defense. The only surefire ways to get rid of the trees are to destroy them all with one attack (it would have to be on a massive scale) or to incapacitate or kill Ruri'iro.

When it slams into an object that it catch just bowl over, the liquid freezes instantly, changing the landscape to better suit Ruri'iro's needs.

The only issue is the fact that he was not a man suite for such a task. When he realized this, he turned to his ability to create Ice Sculptures. With this technique, Ruri'iro fashions a replica of an extremely tall and extremely muscular man and directs him to go attack. The sculpture then moves at high speeds and attampt to hit the target with it's outstretched arm. To handle the pressures of such a move, Ruri'iro reinforces the sculpture before it attacks.

Jutsu Description: On his visit to Sunagakure, Ruri'iro read about the Kages of the village, including the legend of one particular guy: Gaara. A psychotic Jinchuuriki changed by the acts of a Konoha Ninja, Ruri'iro read about his brutal, yet effective techniques and sought to replicate it. This technique is the results.
Ruri'iro forms the handseals and attempts to trap the target in a sculpture of ice. He then lifts it up and clenches his fist, causing the ice to implode, skewer, and crush whoever is trapped in it. This can potentially be a lethal blow or cripple an opponent if he only manages to catch a limb, similar to how Gaara crippled Rock Lee.

Jutsu Description: Similar in application to Raito no Yoroi, with no seals required this technique can be used instantly. The user covers their body in wind chakra, physically their hair and clothes will rise and blow around them wildly. Offensively the technique works by making the body one large blade, and as the armor is made of wind it can also be used to enhance speed by creating small direction blasts of wind in the opposite directing then the user wishes to travel (off the back/feet to move forward etc.). Defensively the wind will knock away most attacks, and if used properly can cut through most weapons; however a fire attack would quite literally annihilate the user while inside the armor. Due to the nature of the technique keeping it active for any extended period of time becomes a challenge, in both stamina, and control because of this the user cannot use techniques S rank and higher while inside the armor. Important Note: While using the Fuuton no Yoroi the user does not need to use seals in order to use wind techniques, instead they sacrifice the armor on the part of the body the technique originates from for the technique leaving them vulnerable for a short time while they recover it. (1 full post rotation of the fight for B rank and bellow techniques, 2 full post rotations for A rank techniques, S rank and above still require hand seals, also if the technique is projectile based and fires multiple shots each shot of the technique will extended the duration by 1 full post rotation furthermore they cannot exceed 5 shots of the technique.)

Jutsu Description:Utilizing the wind element the user will first form the hand seals and then strike out with their palms causing a massive blast of wind. The wind can reach up to 50yards away from the user where it will completely dissipate, the cone shape the wind takes on is also quite large at 50 yards it will be roughly 20 yards in diameter, this technique is none to knock down several trees and could be used to create a massive debris shower, like most directed wind techniques it can also be used to amplify projectiles in flight, or used to greatly improve a fire technique.

Jutsu Description: After forming the hand seals the user will draw in a large breath of air and then release it in soccer ball sized bullets flying at their target. Damage wise they are quite powerful, in a manner of speaking they are essentially cannon balls, creating a very powerful physical impact that can quite easily break bones and the wind will also tear the clothes away from the impact site while doing minor damage to the skin, on impact they act like a shredder destroying the outer layer of their target on impact. The closer the target is to the user the more damage that will be done, at 100 yards they completely dissipate into normal wind and would feel like a swift breeze.

Jutsu Description: After the seals are formed the user will coat their leg in wind chakra before sending the kick at their opponent in the form of any sweeping kick maneuver. If they connect the blade will strike as if a sword were attached to the leg, however if the user is going to miss they can launch the blade instead which will form a spinning disk of wind in the air. This disk possesses immense cutting power up to 25 yards where it dissipates and becomes useless. Jutsu Name: Katon: Shiroi Enkou - Fire Release - White Flame

Jutsu Description: A further improvement on the Dai Endan their are some major differences. The first being the intensity of the fire, the fire itself is 5 times hotter then most standard flame techniques. The users still breathes the technique out from their mouth in a roaring inferno however the range and scale of the attack is much larger, the fire will rage out to roughly 50 yards, and will create a large cone which at its peak will be roughly 20 yards. This technique achieves these goals by taking fire manipulation to its farthest extent without bloodlines to assist it. Any living thing caught in the flame would be incinerated within seconds inside this intense heat. Note: the hands are not necessary to control the technique as by in large it can not be controlled once released. The flames themselves are also intense enough to cause a change in air pressure resulting in a storm after several uses or if left to burn for an extended period. The technique is noticeable because it appears nearly white in nature.
