Devil Fruit Strengths: Xerxes can hide items in his copies such as explosives to make distractions as well as for battle. He can also use his blade to create the illusion of slashing multiple times. The clones also have no limit to how far they can travel from the original and can rely information to the user by disappearing, so they are useful for espionage and spying missions.
Devil Fruit Weaknesses: Water, the clones can be dispelled by defeating them and large amounts of light can show what is real or not, sunlight does not affect this, but shining something like a flashlight on him will.

Description:Xerxes stands at 5’10 and has a generally good posture and demeanor. While he is pretty strong, he is not considered super human in this area. However, because of this Xerxes has trained to tone his leg and arm muscles to give him super human speed which allows him to compensate for the lack of superior strength. He usually wears a long dark gray-black trench coat along with his black pants and striped shirt. He also wears white steel plated boots and fingerless gloves that protect him and can increase his damage with his hands and feet.
Xerxes also carries around a long sword, Kage o Tachikiru, which is strapped to his back. He carries pre-made explosives with him, such as smoke bombs, flash bombs, caltrop bombs, sound-piercing bombs, combustion bombs, as well as regular bombs (See Attacks for Description of bomb effects) in his trench coat as well as in his boots for use when he feel the need to use it.

Strengths: Almost always has a back up plan to whatever he does, can usually get out of sticky situations through peaceful or forceful means, has the ability to adapt and react to multiple situations calmly and quickly.
Flaws: Usually gets into lots of trouble and mischief because of his personality. He also usually ends up with a fight on his hands because of his actions but can generally get out of it. He also has trouble making friends because of this.
Mannerisms: Xerxes has a straight and composed posture for one who causes lots of mischief. Due to this people don't really suspect him of his own pranks allowing him to get away with many things. In a way he likes to be seen without being seen.

Detail: Report by a Marine on post watching Xerxes: An energetic yet decisive man. Xerxes has an aura about him that makes people feel that he is just a run of the mill cocky teen playing bounty hunter due to his appearance. This lets Xerxes get away with many of his actions and has allowed him to rise among the pirate ranks due to many not recognizing or underestimating him. To those who read this, do NOT underestimate this young pirate he is incredibly powerful despite his bounty. He has been the cause of many explosions, marines that followed him in pursuit were seen floating in the rivers a while later. When seen, do NOT attack or capture, wait for back up, this man is very agile and swift due to some kind of training and harnesses the powers of the Youma Youma no Mi devil fruit. History
Ocean of Birth: East Blue
Early Life: Xerxes was born in the East Blue as the son of a famous pyrotechnic. As a kid Xerxes loved watching and sometimes helping his father with his work. When Xerxes was 5 his father was enlisted by marines to create all of the fireworks for the coming festival for a huge sum. The fireworks were completed and the event went off without a hitch and is still recognized as the most successful festival in the land today. However, a few days later Xerxes' father was charged with killing other businessmen that created fireworks so that he would be the only pyrotechnic to be needed. This was clearly known to be a lie as the village had never had any other pyrotechnics except for his father in the last 80 years. However, at the trial Xerxes and a few villagers who were told to speak at the trial were never given the chance to speak and the people who spoke instead were the marines who hired Xerxes' father. Xerxes knew they were only lying so that they wouldn't have to pay the sum they owed to make all of the fireworks, but the judge deemed his father guilty and was sentenced to death. Xerxes vowed revenge for his father's death and took all of his belongings and any blueprint and schematics he and his father made and left the village.
Recent: At the age of 14, Xerxes came back to his village, still holding a desire to kill those involved with his father's death. By placing various explosives throughout the city, the marines docked at the site were separated and called put out the fires to save the city and its people. There Xerxes took out many of those who were involved with his father's wrongful execution, one by one, as they were disoriented and hastily running around. However, his plan didn't last as long as he thought and was eventually surrounded by marines. Seeing as how he had no other choice, Xerxes unveiled what he had been doing to prepare for this day. On this day the pirate "Xerxes the Phantom" was born, as he unleashed the powers of his devil fruit, the Youma Youma no Mi as well as his enhanced agility. Xerxes defeated the marines trapping him by using his devil fruit powers. Running away as he had achieved his goal, Xerxes figured he would need to have better equipment as he had just killed an entire marine fleet and suspected stronger foes would come for his head. Thus, Xerxes stole the villages prize sword, the Kage o Tachikiru, as well as the marine ship and fled to the ocean.
Current: Xerxes travels with his first mate and causes general mischief in the form of explosions and marine soldiers deaths and has increased his bounty because of this. However, Xerxes has an odd numbered bounty because of his frequent dine and dashes and was caught bad mouthing many marines in public. Those who take him seriously had given him a higher bounty, but many people don't take this seriously and underestimate him seeing him as just a kid. Thus, the government wishing to pay as little as they feel necessary while still indicating the danger on his head lowered it to as little as they could.
Attacks
Phantom Phantom Step: Xerxes takes a step and creates 5 phantoms of himself and then all phantoms and Xerxes himself appear to shimmer and start switching places as they advance towards the enemy to attack.
Phantom Phantom Fireworks: Xerxes creates up to 20 phantoms that swarm the enemy. Upon making contact with the enemy, the phantom disperses and reveals a bomb within itself that explodes with a varying blast radius and effect depending on the bomb it has.
Phantom Phantom Flurry: Xerxes shoots out of his pistols creating the illusion of more bullets than fired being shot at the enemy to make them confused as to which is real or not.
Phantom Phantom Shield: Xerxes creates a phantom to block or take an attack in his place. Can be used at a distance to protect others as well.
Phantom Phantom Split: Xerxes creates a phantom of any object. The phantom of the object cannot do harm, but serves as a distraction.
Phantom Phantom Claw: Xerxes swings Kage o Tachikiru and creates 5 phantom slices that all appear to strike the enemy from different angles. Only the real one does damage.
Phantom Phantom Maze: Xerxes creates hundreds of himself to amass at an area that wander aimlessly allowing Xerxes to leave an area in the confusion.
Phantom Phantom Explosion: Xerxes creates 10 copies of himself with one of them holding a very powerful bomb. The copies all chase down the enemy and then the one with the bomb blows up in a 15 meter radius around himself.
Phantom Flash: Xerxes creates a wall of copies between himself and the enemy and hides amongst them. Then uses his super human speed to rush past the phantoms and slice the enemy with his sword and go back in the wall of phantoms to hide.
Phantom Phantom Execution: Xerxes surrounds an enemy in a circle and begins firing with his guns. The bullets can come from different directions due to his super human speed.
Phantom Phantom Replacement: Xerxes switches places with any phantom in a 3 meter radius.
Smoke Bombs: Creates a harmless 13 meter explosion of smoke that limits ones vision and smell causing them to lose sense of direction and can help Xerxes escape fights.
Flash Bombs: Creates a harmless explosion of pure light that blinds any who look at the explosion from 10 meters or less for 2 posts (at farthest distance away) to 5 posts (at very close range) or in between depending on distance from flash.
Caltrop Bombs: Creates 20 small caltrops in a specified area after hitting the ground, if blown up in the air caltrops fly in every direction and can harm friend and foe.
Sound-piercing Bombs: Creates a loud concussive boom that does no harm, but can stun and impair a person's hearing for up to 3 posts. Must be within 10 meter radius or this does nothing.
Combustion Bombs: A specialized and signature bombs of the Combustion Pirates this bombs explodes and causes a high pressured blast of flames in an 8 meter radius. Anything within 3 meters of the actual blast is set on fire.
Regular Bombs: A simple and plain bomb that has no special function other than blow stuff up. Explodes in a 2 meter radius.
