The Seven Star Isles

"My wealth and treasures? If you want it, I'll let you have it...search for it! I left all of it at that place.

...that place.

...that place."

Where is that place? Hard to say. For years most believed it to be Raftel, the island at the end of the Grand Line. However, recent evidence has come up to suggest it's somewhere else entirely...

You see, a startling discovery was made by explorers on a small archipelago called the Seven Star Isles. While exploring a cave, the most amazing thing was unearthed. A treasure chest. A gigantic treasure chest made of solid seastone.

What's inside it? No one knows! Being made of seastone, it's as hard as diamond and untouchable by Devil Fruit powers. However, a curious inscription was carved into the cave wall by the chest. It's still somewhat unsure what it truly said. When the explorers and public officials read it, an argument broke out, and it was heavily damaged. It's since been re-written into several different versions from memory, so it's not at all reliable.

Naturally, finding the chest has attracted hundreds of pirates, marines, revolutionaries, and bounty hunters to the Seven Star Isles. But hold up! While the Seven Star Isles may rely on tourism for most of their income, they can't have a sudden flood of people arriving and tearing up the place in search of the secret to One Piece!

So the Sevent Star Isles' government is allowing only a few representatives from major groups and organizations in. Any large ships will be prevented from approaching the islands by the Seven Star Isles Militia. Large pirate ships and marine ships will be required to send one representative from the crew, along with possibly one or two other people to aid them. So a pirate crew would only be allowed to send their captain and two other crew members, and a Marine ship would likely only be able to send their Captain and two other Marines. These representatives can approach the island on small boats and will be allowed to dock in Clock Town, the "hub island" of the Seven Star Isles. From Clock Town, boats can be taken to the other islands of the Seven Star Isles.

However, even then, representatives have to pass through the main gate and be checked by the Militia. Any pirate with a bounty over 100,000,000 Beli won't be allowed in. Any marine above Captain rank will also not be allowed in. So with all this bounty-checking and rank-identification, it's a very long line to get in. No one said finding One Piece would be easy, did they?
