Welcome to the business thread! It's never to early to start thinking funds~ I've got a mule from last year's ball which we can use to hold to gold, Her name is The Whimsical Room, but I'm going to change it so it makes a little more sense for this year^^

Finger Prints! - Alv and I will hide 'finger prints' in our posts, first guest to spot and report the print in our contest thread will earn themselves a gold prize up to 5k! prize can only be claimed once per user~

Writing Contest - More to be decided

Tektek Contest - The classic tektek contest for the best detective themed avi~

King & Queen Avatar contest - King and Queen avatar contest to continue on to be finalists for the over all king and queen of the ball

Contest Ideas

Giftbox Event - Last year we had a 'raffle' with different giftboxes which Gaians would buy for 2k A few would have good prizes while others weren't so lucky. It was a hit last year and we made a little over 200k for the room^^

Codes: I still have the three types of cipher (alphabet, Caesar, and Ottendorf) from last year, and I can make as many little puzzles with these as we would need. Granted, the characters are detectives and not spies per se, but that's not to say that the clues for the story can't be coded. emotion_smilies/icon_dowant.png Last year we included the coded clues in the actual plot, and the first guest to solve each clue got a prize.

As of right now there isn't gold in the account, however I'm thinking it's time for a giftbox event. I'll set it up using the mule^^

I have a BUNCH of giftboxes and Pink Links I can donate to the cause. yum_puddi Seriously, I never open the doggone things, although I should probably see what's in them. Hee hee, maybe that's a good thing, since I can offer them to the room now! whee

Well I was meaning more of a raffle, but instead of waiting a week,you get the item instantly, however it won't be revealed whichwas the winning box until after they're all claimed or until a deadline which ever comes first^^ but keep the gift boxes unopen if you could, I have a couple to and they would be great possible prizes since most of the rewards will be junk items. I'll see if I have anything good for a 'big prize'^^

You can send any number of up to 12 different items for some items per trade, I believe.

Are they individual tiles, or are they numbered items?
