i had 4 "dealers". i will use their initials.

D was my oldest one, and i went to him all the time because he sells FULL grams while everyone else sells .8's, sometimes even .7s, even though i had to ride my bike a mile to him and a mile back.

N was a good friend turned dealer. his bags were smaller, and he also lives a mile away, so i only used him when D couldn't help me out.

L lives in my condo building, just one floor up. she'll sell me TWO grams for $20 (while everyone else sold those .8's for $20) but she only sells to me about once a month, and recently has been sick so she doesn't have anything.

H lives a good 10 minute drive away, but was totally willing to drive to me to sell of a $20. his bags were kinda small, but REALLY good quality.

D now refuses to sell anything less than $50, N is willing to sell to me but i can't get to him because of all the snow and ice being too dangerous to ride my bike through, L is, like i mentioned, hard to get hold of, and H just decided to stop selling.

i haven't smoked anything other than a few mooched hits for the past THREE WEEKS. my back is in absolute agony. and i HAVE the money to buy. i just have no access =/

just felt the need to rant about that as i'm frustrated with it crying

not at all, though i did kick my wall and scream repeatedly into my pillow. i use weed for my chronic back pain, (pills don't work.... i've tried naprosyn (did nothing), vicodin percoset rocaset oxycontin and dilaudid (didn't work, and made me nauseous), and morphine (worked, but needed TWO shots, and was extremely nauseous) so this is very bad for me. i have tried to stop smoking weed in the past simply to try and save money, but after the first 20 days i was in soooooo mcuh pain! my boyfriend and grandmother had to literally LIFT and PULL me out of bed, because my pain was so severe that i couldn't even move myself into a sitting position. crying this sucksssss i want it to just be a nightmare!!!

Well, if the back pain's not caused by inflammation of some kind, NSAIDs (naproxyn, ibuprofen, aspirin, etc) wouldn't do squat. Vic, oxy, norco... those're basically the same things -- opiate (codeine) and acetaminophen (Tylenol) -- in different proportions. Percoset, I think, is only prescribed as a few doses for post-operative pain, if even then, but it's ultimately morphine in a pill. Opiates work in the brain, though... which, if there's gonna be a source of terrible pain for awhile, you block or numb the perception of it. For long-term pain management, though, that's a bad idea. Better to alleviate the cause of the pain, if possible. This would be where NSAIDs come in, except that taking them regularly over an extended period of time causes some problems. Cardiovascular and circulatory, if I remember right. And if there are kidney problems, taking NSAIDs could leave you anywhere from in pretty bad pain to an emergency room.

Do you have a back brace, or anything like that? A firmer mattress might help a little by giving a little more back support while you sleep, too. A new mattress doesn't really fall under the "how to save money" header, though, of course.

But yeah, as far as taking something for chronic pain management, unfortunately THC's about the only thing strong enough to give any relief and safe enough to keep using. User Image

the back pain is from scoliosis. and no i dont have a brace, i was supposed to get an MRI when i was 15, but now i'm gonna be 23 in july and haven't gotten one yet =/

i have a very recently new mattress, it's only about a year old, and it's pretty firm, and i have a little bit of padding in the mattress cover to make it more comfortable. and i agree with THC being SAFE... i don't WANT to take pain pills, in fact i don't want to take ANY pills at all, though i'm forced to because of my mental illnesses.

ninja Four grams? Sure it wasn't an eighth? wink Twenty sounds about right, depending on the strain. Dispensaries in competition with each other makes for nice low prices across the board! whee

On the other hand, if someone's asking thirty for three eighths, I'd assume it's stress. *shrug*

I hear you. gonk I feel the same way about shrooms and acid. Obviously I don't need those for physical pain, but they are great for mental relief. I wish you the best of luck in finding a reliable, (but affordable) source heart
