I've sent a card.
I don't necessarily have a specific New Year's Resolution. But I suppose I can just say that I'll try to make this year better than the last. And maybe I can keep that as a continuous resolution for years to come.

As for a New Year's Resolution, I've stopped making them, because I know I won't follow through with them. I prefer short-term resolutions.

I agree with you about long-term resolutions, they take a lot of dedication to follow through with.
