Technique Name: Dobutsu no Me
Type: Dojutsu/ Kekkei Genkai
Limitations: One must first make eye contact with the animal they wish to control. The more animals one tries to control the harder it will be to maintain them under the dojutsu. If used to often or to much, then the user will be partially to completly blind for some time.
Description:
1- Can see and hear through the animal of your choice
2-Can give an animal a mental order to follow, or message to deliver
3- Can control the animal/s like puppets

Limitations:
Backfire- if used for to long, the user risk loosing their humanity and are chained down until an Ikimono Elite or higher releases them from their jutsu

Description: The user, transforms into an upright walking wolf (depends on the Ikimonos ninken) this jutsu is meant to enhance speed and strength, making the user more like and animal, its often used for stealth

Limitations: Can only hold up so much water depending on how much iron sand has been fused with the users Chakra, the more Sand the more water the user can use with it, the less sand the weaker the water parts are
Element: Water, Earth
Description:
The Iron-Water Stlye Jutsu Is a clam mark trait to the Kerasoki clan, it fuses Iron from the ground with water from around them to make weapons out of them or puppets. The Jutsu it's Self Is like a mix between Chiyo's Puppetry, The third Kagekazage Iron Sand Style, and Tenten's Weaponry.
most Clan members learn Genjutsu to help themselves out with a lot of people. usually traps the person in a dark void with nothing but water under their feet, and from there weapons come flying at them traping them against a wall {but that's only a basic Genjutsu for them.}
but the Iron Water Jutsu can very from making a shuriken, to a sword, to a axe and so on, anything the user can think of weapon wise they can make {except guns or anything along those lines.} even though the style is used to make weapons they can make puppets out of the Iron and their Chakra so each puppet can copy one Jutsu the user knows other then the Iron Water Style.
The Iron Water Style Jutsu can also be used to change basic Jutsu like the Water Dragon Jutsu into the Iron Water Dragon Jutsu making it more deadly because the Iron in it hit the opponent like Kunai slicing them a part most of the time, but can also turn the Water Clone Jutsu into Iron water Clone Jutsu making them stronger and take more hits as if you were hitting an actually person, but they usually have their weapons appear out of their body.
But because of how limited they are when using the Iron-Water each Clan member usually carries a large canteen on their back filled with Iron and Water, so no matter where they are they have what they need to use there Clan trade mark.

Description: The Raitatsu is first original technique of Itsuza Uchiha:
This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible, shown in its refined blue appearance. The user then shapes the lightning into the form of a dragon. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Raitatsu into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal.

Description: Instead of offensive the user spins in a 360 degree arc spitting out and oil the user then ignites it by spitting out a fire ball which the mist and it instantly explodes into flame by using chakra to mold it. The fire spins around the user as a defense to block incoming techniques.

Description: Itsuza's Second Technique: In order to perform this technique, the user must first release a large amount of lightning chakra into the atmosphere, in order to ionize air particles and give them an electric current, causing the air to be laden with static electricity. Once the lightning source has been acquired, the user shapes and guides the static electricity with their chakra and brings it down on the target. The scope of the attack is determined by the amount of static electricity the user chooses to mould with their chakra. This technique has a blast radius of up to half a kilometer, and its power is comparable to Sasuke's Kirin.

Technique Name: Hebi Soshaku (Snake Bite)
Rank: Begins at D, becomes more powerful with more experience. (Chunnin, Jonin, etc.)
Type: Ninjutsu + Taijutsu
Limitations: Must be used at close ranged, and is hard to use on a moving target. The user risks receiving an attack without being able to defend.
Element: Basic Chakra
Description: The user bites an opponent somewhere on the skin to cause bleeding, and injects the wound with the users chakra to partially attack or throw off the opponents chakra. If planned and prepared ahead of battle, poison chakra activated capsules hidden behind the teeth can also be used. Mostly used as a sneak attack.

Description: A jutsu fully invented by Valon himself. It was invented after watching his teacher perform the Flying Thunder God Technique. Its performed by Valon being warped into a dimensional void as he forms the Bird hand seal with his Flying Thunder God Kunai. Fully being warped, Valon appears in the blink of an eye above his target. Swiftly falling straight down onto his target, dealing a swift slash across his target body. He then proceeds to warp into another dimensional void but this time appears behind his target and ends it off with a bone shattering jab to the back with a powerul strike either with jutsu or ninjutsu.

Limitations: One can break free from the seal with a strong enough release of chakra.

Description: This particular jutsu was created originally by Valon Tomoi the Otokage. It's a cursed seal mainly meant to maintain any secret information of Otogakure. It is given only to the Oto ANBU and very few of the Tokubetsu Jonin that work closely with Valon. This seal only disappears with the death of Valon.
When the wearer of this Cursed Seal speaks about anything incriminating related to any of Otogakure's secret information, their entire body will be paralyzed, taking away their ability to speak or move. It is applied to the tongue and takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines from the back of the tongue to the tip.
The seal can also be applied during combat, and can secretly be placed on the opponent's body. When the user activates it, the curse seal's marks spread around the opponent's body, paralyzing them.

Technique Name: Body of organs

Limitations:it cost's life's to use, it takes 5 post's, it can damage some body parts if done wrong.
Element: Water/fire
Description: Yukai will take the organs of the dead, putting them in circle he will pour blood into the middle. He will make 10 lines going from the blood puddle out to the organ circle. Compinding fire elemental chakara into his finger he will touch the center of the blood puddle until it comes to a boil. Once boiling he will do a few hand signs and step in the puddle of blood, he will sink down and vanish for 20 seconds. Once that 20 seconds is up he will arise as a person but with all his old memory's and ability's. He will look completely different and be younger then he was before by 5 years younger. This move basically makes the person look different and makes the person younger.

Description: After completing the large amount of hand signs the user will heat up surrounding water particles into a mist then it is supercharged by fire which igniting the mist heating it into steam. which the user pumps chakra into the mist and forms it into a defined white steam dragon that is capable of sucking out the water inside a human the water is heated up and able to spit large steam balls that will burn through metal.

Description: Yuuki uses his small stature and cute natured ways to force the opponent to lock eyes with him. He proceeds to tear up and pout causing the victim to feel pitifully sorry for him and refuse to attack him as long as eye contact is not broken. They are compelled by unknown causes to stare into his bright pink eyes. It’s a minor form of genjutsu he uses with great concentration to bring focus entirely to him. Any obvious threat by him or others will instantly break the hold.
Technique Name: Yuuki's Special Nectar

Type: Ninjutsu
Limitations: Takes a full real life week of rping at least one post about it for a total of seven days. Need not be consecutive days.
Element: Blood(water)
Description: Yuuki uses his Chi release on a more gentle level with this technique. He takes his blood and pours it into the sacred family heirloom he carries around in the form of a golden goblet. Then he spends a week keeping it safe with a small layer of hardened blood over the top as he feeds it constant medical chakra. Within a week’s period the nectar glows a bright pink and tastes sweeter than anything anyone has ever tasted as it fully invigorates, heals, and cures any ailment or injury. The concoction is only good for a few sips at best and is easily perishable meaning it has to be used within a couple days.

Eighth Diviner I approve your jutsus, however i'm a little skeptical about your genin having an S-rank jutsu. Unless she will be using this technique at a higher rank, be very careful. It's really only S-rank because its a technique he made himself and is completely unique to only him. Some jutsu are S-rank because of their rarity and uniqueness as opposed to their power. Plus it takes him a full week of actively posting about it to even complete the potion. So it can't really be abused.
