I have to say that I really like this guild, mainly the fact that after reading a bunch of the RP's everyone is involved in (especially the Espada xP) I'm so pumped to get into this! But this is my suggestion. I said when I first posted that the sub-forums threw me for a loop a bit, only because there were so many and I'm not used to that, but after looking over them it's not so bad. But I do have a suggestion, just an idea, that might help eliminate that confusion to future members. It's not to eliminate any sub-forums, in fact, my idea involves more sub-forums. So, at long last xD here is my idea.
Keeping the current sub-forums as is, move all the sub-forums that pertain to information, like the kido, profiles, layouts, approvals, ect, all into one area, so near the top, have them all listed with each other, I noticed the kido was at the bottom and I was trying to find it. Then everything else is fine. However, after you have all the sub-forums that pertain to information, make another sub-forum and simply place "-----------------------------" In it, this is a divider look and it allows the sub-forums not to appear all lumped together that way it's easier to read! Do this with each one, after all of the Seireitei sub-forums, place another "------------------------------" And so on.
I do this in all my guilds and current guild and it really helps. This just a suggestion though, please don't take it badly! I love the guild!

I agree when I started it totally threw me for a loop, and the fact that Yummy is a hardcase on approving profiles, it help to have everything real close. ^^ No offence Yummy your still a bad a**!! ^^

a point i agree with, bruh. i was intimidated by the appearance more than i was supposed to upon my joining: imo, less is more, so i like it when things are like simple and not too over complicated--too many locations, too many headaches

Anyways, We have things set up so that organization is key. It may be hard to find things right off the bat, but you can always ask any Moderator out there, even myself, for some help finding things. Everything may seem daunting at first glance, but the core ideal here is to have everything as organized as possible. From where both the Guild Captain and I come from, the huge amount of SubForums actually make us feel good inside. Instead of lumping every location within a single realm into one or two subforums, which would be filled with threads and make it nearly impossible to find what you want, we have a nice little way of spreading that out. We both have a fetish for organized information up the hizay. But, one person is much worse than either of us are. About the crazy work of load that would be moving threads around, you'd have to ask our Fruit Case Mod, who likes work like that. She's the person I mentioned before, who has a serious Mod Boner for stuff like this.

Yes me ;D but anyway, I can't say that I don't like the way its set up, I'm using the same concept for my own in construction Assassin's Creed guild, and I may have used a skeleton from this guild, though modified sweatdrop

The rules that this guild runs on are old rules I used in a Bleach Guild that got NOWHERE. Just make sure to tell him you used the formatting, so he doesn't find out randomly, and get irritated that you didn't notify him.

I wouldn't mind putting in an hour or so to rearrange stuff. But the other mods would have to be good for it, especially Toaster. I dunno...someone go nag them? In the mean time, "bwargh." I hate winter storms.
