3. No character limit, but don't go making people you won't use. They will be killed off.

5. Try to include an img in your post and try to jazz it up. It doesn't have to be over the top just the basic name, img, maybe a quote or something.
6. No godmooding and not auto-hitting, Everyone has equal chance to hit and doge. Though your character can't dodge everything, no one in invisible.
