EDIT: I was shown an article on this sort of subject and apparently it reflects badly on the LGBT community if your name is wacky in any sense.
If I do have Speedwagon as a last name I won't be having R.E.O. as initials or Ario as a first or middle name.

Neither because they sound so outrageous. Why not Brittany or Ashley?

Invincible Youth Neither because they sound so outrageous. Why not Brittany or Ashley? Too plain. And Jo Gibken is based off Joe Gibken, the name of the blue hero in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. While the first one was based off Robert E.O. Speedwagon from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He was named after rock band R.E.O. Speedwagon.

They both sound outrageous, but something a little calmer:

Is this for a user name or a name that people in real life will call you?

Wow, both of those are pretty long and complex. It would probably be easier to use the shorter one.

Total truth, I would internally eyeroll at either of those names. They are complex, over the top, and well, goofy. I would doubly internal eyeroll if you are not of Japanese decent and using Japanese names. Frankly, that screams immature weeaboo.
Why not something nice, and not so silly? I am partial to Jezebel, Mina, Rosalyn, and Emma. Hell even Remilia, is nice all on its own, with the others its a mouthful that is easier to forget than to remember.
Now, if these are stage names... maybe, just maybe. But even then they are pushing it.
Oh! How about Remilia-Jo? I secretly kinda like girls names that have the -Jo and the end
