Background

Hayat became a Locos and a Corporal of the Plague Guard in the Spring of 1412 and began training with the Guard for the remainder of the year in weaponry, history, and tactics. She then went on several missions - with and without her Grimm, to root out remaining cultist presence in Fellowship territory - remnants of the uprising and betrayals suffered in early 1411. Most notably, Hayat successfully rescued Lord Yizhaq’s wife and son from fellowship-imposters that kidnapped them during that same uprising - and healed the young heir of the plague. For the mental and physical health of his family, Yizhaq quickly had them relocated from the large Saleh Estate in Shyregoed, to the House in Imisus [Gadu]. Hayat joined them after the fact, arriving only a few months ago to continue her studies in diplomacy and etiquette. Yizhaq is now reaching out to allies both old and new [as well as Persons of Interest], using this party as a vehicle.

During her travels, she has stayed primarily in Mishkan, Shyregoed, and eventually Imisus. I’d love to have her encounter any of your characters along the way if they've been in those areas over the past year. We can do anything as mundane as a short/chance encounter in a town, briefly traveling together, a rescue or something else relating to her status as a noble, fellowship ally, and/or guard, or whatever. She is partial to plagues and views humans with some suspicion, but I am open to meeting anyone!

Similarly, Yizhaq is primarily involved with nobility and Fellowship members, but, he is a friendly fellow [much moreso than his plague] and will talk to anyone. His route will have been Shyregoed to Imisus [briefly in Ashcroft, Mishkan in Spring 2012], traveling in caravan with his family, servants, and guards. He does provide passage and protection with traders and the like on the way, as well.

Open for posting! Want to plot something for the past year or so? Something for the future? Want to make sure you get a party invite? ICly, the party won't be "open invitation" so I'd love to work out a little thing with everyone, even if it's just one line or two about how they ended up at the party. Not everyone has to be a guest, necessarily, as a big house like that has a lot of folks coming in and out!

I would def be open to both - a brief meeting back-dated between Ophelia and Hayat as well as the tea party! I'm currently playing catch-up and trying to fill some gaps in Ophelia and Theo's history, and I want them to meet a few more people before they officially embark on his mission and are gone for.. god knows how long nfnsgnsdfds.

If Hayat happens to be up in the Northern Bases following the events of "Be Still" at any point, that would be really awesome since Ophelia is confined to that space until she and Theo leave on their mission!

As for the party, DEFINITELY WOULD LOVE TO GO since I'm not shoving them out on their mission quite yet! If the first slightly backdated meet-and-greet between Ophie and Hayat can act as a better introduction, maybe that would be a good reason for an invitation?

Woa this sounds really neat and all but my characters probably can't make it, unfortunately! All of them (including Ainsley) are wrapped up in intensive plot threads rn and I don't think they can climb their way out anytime soon for anyone. Additionally, I still need to catch up fulfilling a lot of managerial PRPs/solos for my NPCs so I'm afraid I won't be able to keep up with an ORP. I'd hate to be that one person that lags the ORP... Basically my goal right now is just to compensate for the writing that I couldn't do because of uni. > <

I totally disappeared into the abyss shortly after we started an RP and some plotting [I'm sorry]. I'd love to finish the RP if you're willing [it is my post] and talk about what happens after? I know Claune & Nicholas make it to Gadu, so perhaps Hayat simply assists them to the village and then they part ways?
