If you want, I can gladly rant about things, whether they be Soul Eater or something else, good rants or bad. Just name a topic/question(appropriate and something I could actually rant about) and I will rant for you. =w=

Can I ask you to rant about spelling in this guild?
Sure, I will do my best.
Since this is a semi-lit guild I let a lot of spelling errors slide. Sometimes you type extra fast so you mess up a few words or you are on a phone or computer that does a sort of auto correct. I am not expecting everyone to post five paragraph long replies with complicated words and perfect punctuation/spelling. For the most part, all of the frequent posters do a good job when it comes to spelling here. I am a bit of a grammar Nazi though and I occasionally twitch when I see someone make minor and simple mistakes like mixing up Their, There, and They're as well as misspelling other words that are actually pretty easy to spell. It is understandable though that English is not a subject everyone is good at. I have my occasional spelling blunders as well (I once put eye instead of I in a post). It is suggested that, if you do have issues with spelling a word, look it up on a online dictionary, type it out on Microsoft, something like that if you are not sure if a word is spelled correctly. Again, this is Semi-literate. The occasional mistakes are alright to make but if someone reads through your post and can find five or more spelling errors, then you might want to re-read your post before submitting it.
So I guess this was a mix of suggestions and a rant, oh well. I thought this was pretty good for a first rant. XD

It's what. I've asked my English teacher before, and she said it is what. Unless I was going through one of my deaf moments at the time.

do you think kid is ready to become a true shinigami?
Warning: If you have not read through the whole manga, you might not wanna read this rant.
At this point in the manga, yes I do. Kid has definitely grown a lot since when we first met him in chapter one. He has gone from focusing only on symmetry most of his time, to focusing more on tasks a shinigami would if that makes sense. A good example of this growth is when he is willing to wear a band showing his loyalty to the group (which would break his symmetry in the process). Kid has definitely grown a lot and I think he understands the role of a shinigami a lot more now and how difficult it can be. I do hope that my opinion (as well as others) is correct and he is ready though. It won't be good if he completely loses it after connecting all three lines in the next chapter. But since he kind of already lost it during the Salvage arc and Black Star helped bring him back to his senses, I am pretty sure he will do fine. If he does begin to sink into insanity, Maka and Black Star along with their weapon partners will be there to back him up.
