The ninja academy is nearby the Kazekage's building and is where students study to graduate and become genin sand shinobi. Shinobi also come here to train and receive scrolls from the academy teachers there.

Yuko sat on top of the academy building watching the students train. 'Look at these idiots. They should be spending their time fetching me cream. Or going to that one village for fresh sushi. Ahh tuna sounds good.' He laid his head down into his arms allowing the hot Suna sun to warm his fur. 'Well at least one thing around here is doing it's job.'
Kichigai arrived at the academy with eyes darting around for any sign of that slippery cat. Despite being back at a place where her life shifted so often, she remained out of the nostalgia that was trying to overtake her concentration. So far that cat was no where to be seen and the academy students nor the Jounin looked to have noticed anything out of the ordinary. Of course, besides the fact she was wondering about with no clear reason as to why she was there. Hm no sign of the cat from down here, maybe a more aerial view would do her some justice. If she spotted the cat from there then she could warn her incoming teammates of its presence wherever it was. For now, Kichigai made her way up to the east side of the academy building on a ledge below the Academy rooftop. A more vertical view would best be saved for later should the cat be wandering around in a less noticeable region from a high point of view.

Tonou made his arrival at the academy. He was vigilant, his eyes scoping every corner. That slippery cat could be anywhere. Even though he tended his focus on the mission's target, the persistent vibes of nostalgia continued to unlock the various memories back at the academy. Yet, he couldn't let such memories sabotage his current position. The mission indeed mandatory. His main focus had to be exactly tended to that task. No cat in sight yet. A good place to investigate would probably be the cafeteria. It couldn't wonder off on an empty stomach perhaps. It might be there. Tonou slightly nodded and ventured into the cafeteria, in which was empty. The genin strolled around the room, currently searching for the feline. Hm, where could it be? If it were to be extremely slippery, Tonou could create some small traps. That would be a good idea. Various plates of food were rested at the different parts of the Academy. A five nets stood peering over it. The main net acted as when the cat unlocked a alarm. The other back up nets are harpoons that unlock into nets that dart out of it's case if the cat were to resist and escape. The genin manipulated wires to unleash the trap. If the wires at least vibrate, he would yank it to capture whatever was in that vicinity. Tonou was the most strategic person you'll ever meet apparently. He loved a good challenge. Usually having stars in his eyes for comic relief whenever having a plan in mind. He used warning signs that would warn people to avoid the wires.
Doll came up the the academy and looked around as she did not see any of her team mates. She sighed softly as it seems she was left out. She looked around and goes and sit down on the ground beside a big rock that was giving shade. She take out a cup and pour the cream in to it and set it off to the side as she just sat there.

Kichigai continued to survey the area for potential signs of the cat moving about. Only the movements of academy students running around challenging each other with Jounin keeping a close eye. Only thing out of the ordinary was the approach of Tonou towards the academy building. Well at least they were fanning out even if they did not notice each other in the vicinity. Guess it was up to her to keep a vigilant eye out until there was another area to search. A few minutes of searching again only revealed the entrance of another teammate. So Doll had set out a saucer of cream for the cat to get. Hmm Kichigai really had become the sentry. Well at least she could let Doll know where she was so she could report if she saw the cat lurking about. She reached back into her pouch and pulled out a kunai, some left over pieces of scroll, and a brush. She scribbled a quick note on it stating 'Hey doll I'm up near the roof. I don't see the cat.' and threw it in the direction the rock which Doll was resting under. It stuck to the trunk just a ways above Doll's head. Hopefully she heard the thunk from the connection.
Alright time to head higher up since this level of view was not very profitable. Kichigai looked up what was left to climb and jumped up towards the building before placing chakra in her feet to keep her from sliding down. She still did not have great control over this, but if she went fast enough then it would not matter very much. Once she made her way up the rooftop and landed on top of it as lightly as she could. Her eyes shot open as she noticed the cat sitting down by edge of the rooftop watching over the students and sunbathing. Okay now all she had to do was just to sneak upon it as best as she could. With small steps she made her approach towards the cat trying not to make too much clacking noise of her shoes.
Yukio perked up a bit as the sweet aroma of cream entered his nose. 'Where are you coming from? I must have you. But do I really feel like moving?' His eyes widened and ears perked as he heard someone approaching. Yukio's head shot up as he turned to face the girl. 'So they actually sent someone to come get me....figues.' He rolled his eyes and turned back to face the students. It was clear that he didn't find her to be a threat.

Doll looked up a bit to see the Kuni stuck to the rock. It had a note on it but there was no point of reading it. Just throwing the kuni told her what she needed to know. Kichigai was up on the roof. How wasteful but it did made her see where she was at. As she did she saw her going after the cat as she sighed and sat there doing nothing. There was no point of her chasing a cat after all it was just a cat. She let the other play around with it for a bit to see if they can get it with out hurting it or heck killing it. Thought it was very cute as she blushed just looking at it.
Kichigai froze in place when the cat's ears perked up at the sound her approaching footsteps. But, the cat turned around ignoring the fact that she was getting closer to him. Guess this was going to be a bit easier then the Kazekage let on about in the first place. 'Alright just a bit more and we can go.' She continued her approach until she was standing just back behind the cat. With held out hands, she knelt down and reached out for the cat. "Time to go home little guy." Her voice was calm as gentle hands wrapped out the sides of cat.

Yukio rolled his eyes as he heard the girl get closer. 'Is she serious? She's really going to approach royalty so carelessly?' He stiffened up as he felt her hands wrap around him. Yukio's eyes widened and he stretched his right hand out. 'Don't. You. Touch. Me...' He lashed out with his right paw before twisting out of the girl's grip and dropped to the ground. Yukio narrowed his eyes before jumping back up and spun twice, sending his back left paw flying towards Kichigai's face with speed rivaling a young chunin. He wasn't sure if the attack hit or not but he hoped it would be enough of a shock for him to get away. Once his feet made contact with the ground below he bolted in the opposite direction.
The cafeteria was empty. Quiet as a church mouse. There was still no sign of the feline. Guess there needed to be a change location. The progress was a stand still. He wondered what was going on upwards. His ear caught wind of creeks bellowing upon the ceiling. What was happening? Only one way to find out. The genin reached for the heavens and arrived upon the rest. He came see Kichigai attempting to capture the kitten. Well, that was easy. Now all that work on traps were for nothing. At least he doesn't have to work too much. Tonou simply seated Indian style until something happened. There was no need to underestimate this mission. He kept his focus on the cat to see if it will make a hasty retreat. Traps were set and ready to manipulate.
Just as Kichigai made a motion to lift the cat up to start taking it back down unharmed, the cat wriggled out of her grip so easily. It was not as if she was gripping the thing to death, but still it was enough where the cat shouldn't have gotten out. This truly was a slippery little beast. Before Kichigai could fully react to what happened next, the cat made it's way towards her with a swipe that dug deep diagonally across her face, in a path from right cheek across her nose. Her hands jumped up to her face trying to cover up the wounds. She fell back on her butt trying to keep potential shrills of pain and shock from leaving her lips in a loud manner. A few seconds went by as her arms fell limp against her sides and her hair fell over her eyes. Bits of blood streams trickled slowly down her face. In reality, she only had sustained minor cuts without any real blood being drawn, but to her, to Kichigai she had been harmed by the cat and her own delusions. A blank expressionless smile stayed housed on her face until replaced by an eerie smile that moved from cheek to cheek. A demented laugh now leaked from her lips as she stood to her feet with eyes still covered by dark crimson locks. She hung over with arms still limp at her sides swinging gently from her slight movement. So that's how you want to play?" Her laugh rang out a little louder while she walked to the edge of the building. A bit of hair fell out of the way just enough to reveal her pupils had decreased in size slight. "Then lets fight you little b*****d! Blood for blood!" With that Kichigai took off back the way she had made her way up the building down towards the grounds. Her focus and drive locked onto the cat, to do the best she could to maintain some semblance of control and not harm the students within the area.

Tonou sighed. It seems the cat made its move on Kichi. A hand rested on his cheek as his elbow bellowed upon his knee cap. The genin chuckled and later laughed. That was odd. Tonou was never the guy to have a sense of humor. He came to a stand after letting that out. The whisker was on the move. There was no time to lollygag around. Seems like the wild goose chase has just begun. Should we tag along? Of course. Anything to finish the mission. This should be fun. Tonou continued to follow them. Wonder how this will turn out. The genin equipped his net. He managed to catch up with at least Kichigai. So this wasn't just a walk in the park, huh. He could tell from the claw markings written on her face. I see whiskers already made its pounce, hm."
Doll sighed as Kichigai got attacked by the cat and now threating to hurt the cat. Well that was not in the mission. TameKaze seem to show his self and laughed from Kichigai getting attacked. then they both went chasing after the cat. Doll still sat there not getting up or anything as she shook her head lightly as she was not going to join the chase. They all seem to have to much energy for their own good to be chasing a cat. After all they did not seem to know NOT to chase an animal around like that. As they sure not wanting to be caught after that.
She sat there for a moment before her hands started to move. She knew a perfect jutsu to try out on all of them even the cat. Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu [Sly Mind Affect Technique]. It will make all them to tried to move or want to attack each other. Ok sure she never really did this jutsu before she never had any problem with trying out new genjutsu on targets/dummy people before. She did a couple of hand signs as she sued the jutsu on the cat and others.
Because of the lunch breaks the Academy Students were so fond of, trash was common in the Courtyard of the Suna Ninja Academy. Kiro appeared on the scene with an empty bag and left with a sack full of trash. [Ninja Academy cleaned up [3/5]]
