Hiring [Seasonal] Artists [Closed]

With all these Holidays coming up, it is near expected that there will be lots and lots of events, meaning lots and lots of digimon, as well as lots and lots of Digimon Orders for our artists to have to complete.

With this in mind, I'm looking to hire artists to work the marketplace shops. Those that wish to apply need only to fill out the application below and from then on will be tested to see if they have what it takes.

Areas of work:
-DNA Shop
-TP Shop
-Registration Shop.
-Name Change/Avatar Change Shop

Important Stuff
-Artists will be hired from November-February
-Hired Artists will be paid 500g per art bi-weekly (Every two weeks)
-The applicant must have access to some sort of art-making program such as Microsoft paint, gimpi, or photoshop
-Applicant must first complete a small entrance test that will feature basic art skills as well as a few advanced
WARNING!: If you are hired and are caught using backgrounds to make/edit your own art, you will be banned... no questions asked.

How long have you been in the guild?: I have been in the guild for about 2 to 2.5 years.
How active can you be?: I can be online pretty much all the time from GMT 4:00pm to GMT 11:00pm on weekdays, yet on weekends/holidays I can be online almost all the time excluding one-off events.
Do you have any special skills?: I am good at sprite recolouring and could possibly do animated sprites within an evening to a day. Although I am not too brilliant at sprite creation I still can do it to a said reasonable standard. Looking legitimate but not too flashy.

How long have you been in the guild?: Quite some time.
How active can you be?: Decently. Which is why I'd prefer the DNA/Unknown Lab because there aren't as many orders.
Do you have any special skills?: Not anything out of the ordinary.

How long have you been in the guild?: I lost count but it is at least 2 years
How active can you be?: I usually at least check on Gaia at least once a day, and that is when I do nothing else on Gaia.
Do you have any special skills?: I haven't really tried much outside of basic recoloring, but I have some experience in splicing together sprites and something it out so it at least looks like it could belong.

How active can you be?: Decently. I'm moving so nothing's consistent for about a month.
Do you have any special skills?: Not particularly. I can recolor sprites but that's about how far it goes.

How active can you be?: I have a lot of free time, so I can be pretty active probably more so on weekdays than weekends.
Do you have any special skills?: I have experience in recoloring and splicing sprites.

How active can you be?: I can be very active, I always fine some time to log in nearly everyday.
Do you have any special skills?: I do not, I recently learned how to create the art, but that is all. I can't do anything fancy.
