 A place known for its the tower in its centre which houses the Dojo. It is a place of excitement and fun! Here in the tower not only does one encounter the Dojo, but Alloria's Amusement Park as well. Within the Tower is the Amusement Park, a small Playground, the Dojo and a light at the very top which shines over most of Alloria. The first three floors of the Tower are the Amusement Park as the rest spreads out around the base of it, the next two are the Playground as the last four are the Dojo itself...

Elly jumped in place as he took in a breath of fresh air, it had been a while since he last stepped down from the Cliff and missed travelling. He blinked as he remembered why it was he rarely came down, "Oh yeah...my meal time..."

Elly nodded in agreement before humming as he sat down. He looked up at Meta, "Hey, Meta...what's it like being a psychic? I mean all you have to do is use Teleport and poof! Your back at the Cliff...or at the Ruins for a small chat with the Guardians there...you can be anywhere...me...I gotta walk...or swim."
He crossed his arms as he pouted...

Elly flinched as if he had attacked himself, he squirmed as he drew his knees up to rest under his chin...he blinked as he stared at the ground, "Sorry I asked...I forgot that the Gods went all bully on you...I won't bring it up again if you don't want me too."
Elly's "scarf" was actually his hair as if one looked at the back of his head he had it bound back with a small lock down the center of his back as the two tails flowing around his shoulders were the rest of it. He fiddled with one of the tails as he looked at the ground...

Elly blinked before a small series of sparks set off around his head as a thought struck him, "Why'd you go and do that?!? I mean...look at me. I have fits of insanity from time to time which renders me an absolute danger to anything with two legs and a heartbeat!!! Wait...you guys got me a muzzle for my birthday one year...."
He gave the male a hard look...

He blinked before mock-glaring at the male, "I lost track of how many people I've killed before becoming an Elite...I think the blackouts are the reason behind it..." he winced when he recalled the fight, rubbing his side he shot a half-hearted glare at the Metagross he pulled up his shirt to reaveal a faded scar marring finely toned abs, "...got the scar to prove that claim..."
