Siobahn squeaks and glances around with wide eyes. "Uh..where am I?"
Alastar smiled at at the girl with pig tails. They suited her not many could pull off such a lazy and outdated style of hair, but she wore it well. "In the hall likely on your way to a class." Alastar said with a smile. "My name's Alastar what's yours?"
Siobahn blinked, "Oh..thanks. Sometimes I forget. I'm Siobahn." She felt a little wary of the slytherin as she had heard most of them did mean things, but this one was actually smiling and being nice.
"Nice to meet you." Alastar said looking happy to be talking to someone. His clothes under his robe where the uniform but not. They seemed different like they had been altered some how. "What class do you have next?"
Siobahn blushed when she realized he was a gryffindor and not a slytherin. "It's nice to meet you too, Umm..I think I have charms next."
"Oh hey that's my next class. Wanna walk together?" Alastar asked with a big smile.
Siobahn cheered up. "Definitely! that would be lovely."
"Cool. Do you like charms? I find it quite useful myself." He was happy she seemed to cheer up with that. For some reason he didn't have many friends yet so he was hoping to make her one.
"Charms is a fun class, my favorite is History of Magic though" She replied shyly looking down at her feet. She didn't really have any friends yet and was hoping to make a few soon.
"I'm sorta bad at that." Alastar laughed. "I can't seem to remember stuff enough for test. The dates blur together...give me a history of fashion then I would be ok." Alastar snorted at the thought.
Siobahn smiled and tugged on a pigtail "Oh well I'm pretty good with memorizing. If you need some help I'd be glad to study with you. Oh you like fashion then?" She asked peering at him.
"That would be great! I'm not a wiz at anything but if we study together I bet we will do better on things! Oh its my life...well will be once I move out...parents ...well I would say don't approve but they dont know." Alastar laughed. "I make clothes , maybe I can make something for you some time...if you want..."
Siobahn nodded in agreement. "Yes so true. And that would be fun. I do need to try out other styles. I mainly just have all these kiddie clothes."
"Well we will take care of that." Alastar said with a laugh. "I need people to wear my fashions if I'm ever going to become famous. And everyone needs something cool to wear on the weekends here...the uniforms are soo.....stifling..." Alastar sighed. "Hey what do you dream of being one day? Or have you thought about it?"
Siobahn grinned. "Well good! I suppose we could use the old clothes and remake them into better things? Yes that is so true."
Siobahn sighs dreamily. "I want to be a famous singer one day."
"Yes that's what I do with the horrid things my parents buy for me to wear. Their sense in fashion is simply ghastly. I'd call it primal but even cavemen had better taste then the stuff my parents buy." Alastar giggled at the thought of a cave man wearing the sweater his mom gay him. "Oh that's a wonderful dream! Oh oh!!! Lets make a promise when you are a famous singer I will design your outfits for you and we will become even more famous together!"
Siobahn was rather surprised to hear that someone else agreed with her. She smiled at him and giggled. "I can only imagine what they must look like before you fix them."
Siobahn was rather glad to hear there was someone that thought she'd do well as a singer. She still had to get over her stage fright, as it tended to hold her back. "Well that would be a good plan! I would love for you to design me outfits"
They arrived at the charms class and Alastar made a face. "Hey this is my last class for the day, I'm assuming its yours to? We should totally hang out after class. I'll go get my design book and you can bring some clothes you don't like anymore. And I will fix you up with a new look, hey maybe you can sing too. You totally need to practice and I would love to hear you sing while I work on something for you!"
Siobahn was rather glad that it was the last class of the day but she didn't look forward to the end. Until Alastar spoke next. "Oh oh yes please! I would love to hang out! I don't really sing around many people so it would be good practice."

Her mind kept wandering from the lesson, though it didn't matter all that much since they'd been going over the same charms that they had started earlier that week. They had started on the repairing and the stuck charms, and Siobahn had actually gotten them down rather well. It was a good thing she had the head for enunciation and recalling the correct wand movements.
Finally, after what seemed like forever to her, the bell rang and everyone began gathering up their things and heading out the door. Siobahn glanced around the room for Alastar, but didn't see him. He must have been the first one out, She thought with a wide grin. She was sure he was looking forward to hanging out as well.
"Hey, there you are Alastar!" she said with a bright smile and skipped over to where he had been waiting outside the charms classroom.
"Ready to go? I just need to drop these things off and grab a few of those kid dresses so you can have a look at them."
