Any news you guys want to share on what's been going on this past year?
For starters, you already know that D and I bought a house.
Well, we also had a baby! biggrin
His name is Desmond!
He is almost 5 months and Jena turned 9 a week after he was born!
Yup, they are a week apart!
But before we found out I was pregnant, we rescued a pitbull from the shelter
We named him Azim ^_^

Hey there!
Well, to start off, I'm taking formal Japanese lessons now. I have my midterms next Saturday. Darn wish me luck!
I've been into the BJD hobby for the past few years.
I'm working now, and I have been for about 2 years now. I've been able to have more financial freedom since.

Haven't really been up to much other than trying to complete a Medical Coding and Billing degree which I should be finishing up next September. Paying back the loans is going to be difficult if I can't keep my spot wherever I end up interning at or if that offer falls through at a local doctor's office and I can't find one anywhere else.
Still into Hetalia fandom-wise though it's probably not all that obvious from my tumblr (which is where I spend most of my time online anymore).

well I still work at the same place...it'll be 5 years next year that i've been there...took up a cosplay hobby *just casual*...have a nephew now that is a year old...going thru a "Highlander" craze of sorts and well life been okay

Well, mainly just working really, though I was able to give up one of the jobs so only 2 now :3 Both my nephews have gotten super big, and we've gotten rid of a few debt items yay! I also got this super cute kitty Timmy! He and Adam hate one another, but I know in time they'll learn to cope with one another lol
Though, as of recent, my hubby Adam (Toboe) recently lost his best friend in a plane crash a week from last Thursday. We'll be going to the funeral this upcoming weekend, so I won't be around to say goodbye to the guild for another yr.
Things always get better though, keep the head up wink

I got a summer job working in my cousins Grandpas garden where I learned the stories of exposing red heads to sunlight are true, dyed streaks of blue and blonde into my hair, and figured out how to create fairly complex critters out of pipe cleaners and wet newspaper.

Congratulations on the baby! He's beautiful, and Jena's grown too (for a brief split second, I thought she was you sweatdrop )
I've been working mostly, although I've been giving serious consideration to changing careers. A run of bad luck with employers and trouble finding enough hours combined with all the physical pain this job is causing me and I'm ready to call it quits even though I only graduated 2 years ago. So I'm going to be applying for full time school courses next summer.
I've also spend the better part of a year being completely obsessed with the Mass Effect trilogy of games. To a pretty sad degree to be honest. I've also played some Dragon Age, watched a lot of b-movies and read a few Stephen King classics.
Past week has sucked hardcore though. Close friend of the family's daughter died from cancer on friday, she was only in her late thirties, and she has kids which is pretty messed up. Didn't know her that well, but it's still damn sad. Also my old email (which I've been using since like the late 90's) got hacked. Never fell for any phishing scams, tried not to give my email address to dodgy looking websites (I never even gave my email to friends here on Gaia, cause I was paranoid). Now it's locked and I can't get into it. Filled out numerous forms for hotmail to get it unlocked again, so far I haven't heard back from them (great customer service there Microsoft!). Lost all my friends email addresses (relied on my contact list for that). Been spending the past few hours going to all the various websites that I used to my hotmail address to register with and changing my passwords and email address setting just in case (huge effing pain in the a**).
Anyways, I'm hoping to hear from more than just the 9 of us before the week is out. A little bit of nostalgia is nice sometimes.

tbh, I haven't really been on here since the guild closed, as one can see by my avi.
still going to school and working at the community college for the chef. still dealing with the anxiety problems. though my sisters have both have had children- one a little girl who is 14 months old, named kaylee. the other has a little boy- who is a month old, named colton.
though if anyone wants to get ahold of me, I have aim, msn, and skype, just drop me a pm, and we'll go about that business. :3

I should mention I'm not the only one who had a baby!
Though she isn't a part of Gaia anymore, our old capt P.L. also had a baby!
A baby girl to be exact. She and I were pregnant at the same time!
But Desmond is 3 months older ^_^
