Sabi City was built upon the ground of futuristic modeling, using nothing but man-made materials to get off the ground. Even the streets are paved with a heat-proof titanium that is the successes of science world wide. Many scientists come to this city for inspiration since it is 100% made of recyclable material and is one of the most energy efficient cities in the world. It's also one of the largest too, containing as much as, if not more civilians than Black City.

 Iceblitz & Raineflowe The two identical males that walked in bore similar expressions. One had a red eyepatch while the other had a green, their visable eye held the same color as the patch. The red one leaned on the desk with a smirk, as the green one took a seat on the chair nearby. "Yo, Boss...how's it hanging?" the red eyed one asked. "Sir." the green eyed one intoned. "We got a report for you~!" the red eyed one singsonged. "Iceblitz...proper respect for our Father of the Law, or do you want him to contact Tympestvolte?"Iceblitz paused before removing himself from the desk and taking the chair across from his brother a Glaceon leaping up to snuggle into his side. He started to pet it absently as he spoke, "Ahem...So, Boss we've gathered some intel on the cruel Team Cattivita...""Some being the operative word, it seems that a few of the Commanders have a habit of getting rid of those with loose lips. Our contacts kept getting discovered and killed...tragic really." the green eyed one said crossing his legs. Beside his legs was a Vaproeon, its fin tail waving slightly as it awaited its Human's command, as the male beside it rested his hand on its head. "Manly Raineflowe's contacts...mine were smart and stayed away unless called upon to their Commanders." Iceblitz said receiving a glare from his green eyed brother. "Either way...we've gathered that each of the four Commanders have a small territory around whatever Town they've taken up residence in." Raineflowe said, slowly stroking behind the Vaporeon's ears, "I believe we managed to put one out of commission for a time as Iceblitz smuggled some food poisoning in their latest meal...""Some...he'll be out for weeks...I guarantee it." Iceblitz said leaning back in his chair. Raineflowe pulled out a small pile of papers flipping through as he talked... "That being said...we have no idea who the Commander is...only that they're now out for a time and hold the following as their Territory: Willowcove Village, Porfessor Rose's Pokemon Refuge, Vormund City- one of our most beloved Cities, Mammut Lakes, Paysage Town- Location of Natalie Hanako's Normal Gym, Dokusei Village- Location of Gizelle Nagasaki's Poison Gym, Rasshingu River, Hareta City, Nettaiurin Forest, Minato Village & Murrisch Town- Location of Ankoku Uzuki's Ghost Gym. Shall we send out a warning to those Gym Leader's of the potential danger or wait until Team Cattivita makes a move?" Raineflowe asked, "Well, Natalie Hanako has fallen ill so...I think we should post some sort of guard so, she can recover safely." Iceblitz said with a smile, Raineflowe gave his brother a blank stare. "You just haven't gone to bed with her yet...that's the only reason you're suggesting that..." Raineflowe said flatly referring to Iceblitz's trait to take female partners, Iceblitz smirked as he stretched. The two brothers looked to their Boss and waited for his reactions... "Iceblitz you know the rules no touching my desk." Hibachi said turning around to talk to them. He had the same emotionless expression on his face as always. "Hand me the reports. He said extending his arm, as he listened to the two go on about their intel and nodded his head at the fact their contacts kept dying. "Yes yes very tragic." He continued listening till they got to four commanders. " I want each of you to work separately and find two of the Commanders locations." He said then continued to listen. He nodded when they said a commander would be out for a little while. " Good that will give us time to find their locations easier and have your contacts try to find out who this "commander" is." He said emotionlessly " As for the Gym leaders yes send them all a warning, and I want 3 patrols in each city. We will not lose anymore cities to these....these thieves..." He said slamming his fist into his desk, then taking a deep breath. "When Lucario and Sly get's back I will have Them take care of Miss Natalie Hanako, no if ands or buts about it...Iceblitz." He said staring at him. "Dismissed." He said turning back around, waving his hand, and reading over the reports time and time again. "Oh and if you see Todd, please tell him to stop by my office I have an assignment for him as well."

Iceblitz & Raineflowe The twins stood and gave the other male a formal bow, "Yes, sir."Walking out Iceblitz called over his shoulder, "Gramps says the festival is on...you and Kiddo are invited as Honoured Guests whenever you get around to coming. Just let Psychecho know." Iceblitz' smirk was only seen by his twin who repressed the urge to kick him... The two walked out into the hall and towards the exit. Iceblitz looked at Raineflowe, "Shouldn't we tell the Second he was called...?" "He always checks in 5 minutes after we talk with the Chief...he'll be there soon..."Location-- Sabi City || Team:
