Drake_Meca k reposted in the right place. The arm and hand look awesome, and the sword's really straight which is nice. ^^ The eye and head are sorta awkward, though... But really cool to get your take on it, man!

Always good to see people's takes on their chars...I think the scars are a little dark but certainly a nice base sketch. I think a few things need work though most of those Alaanaa already mentioned.

thanks and i agree this was the first base sketch and i started with the head one day then came back and finished it another day which lead to the akwardness of it since i changed my image of him. The scars i didn't know how well they would show out since i had to use a digital cam to get it on here since my scanner went rogue so i darkened them up more.

I prefer option one. The head is more...I dunno, more natural-looking. The eye is still a bit too big. But it generally gives more detail than the other. Overall, though, definitely don't stop.

thanks a lot and I won't. I used to be a lot better but since I joined the military I have drawn much and I've lost a lot of it. But I'm slowly getting back everything I know bit by bit.
