A rather new addition to Kumogakure, The Sea Dragon Tavern is a rather busy and lively building where most of its visitors are rather high spirited and can be a little to lively at times. This tavern serves as a rather nice building for Shinobi to drink and socialize together, and not just for Cloud Shinobi either in-fact other Shinobi from other lands have been welcome to this tavern assuming they were welcome into the country in the first place.

There are two floors to this large building, the 1st floor is for public service where any and all Shinobi may drink, eat and socialize to their heart's desire and spans most of the building; With tables, chair, benches, and counters around for individuals to sit and enjoy themselves.
The 2nd floor of The Sea Dragon is for Cloud Shinobi only, and has made itself useful to the governing body as a place for Cloud Ninja to collect certain types of missions on the notice board from E to B ranks. So just a staircase away Cloud Ninja may work and enjoy their day at the same time, and even take on new jobs brought on by the public rather then the governing body themselves.

The staff here are connected to the Lightning Country's government rather well and is rather respected by the other Cloud Shinobi, they're responsible for taking the requests of the public and providing them to Cloud Shinobi as well make sure every individual within the Tavern enjoys themselves.
