Another checklist just to get things moving in here, since it's never too soon to get the ball rolling!
☐ A thread per major holiday where people can sign up and plan for the event to be had. No matter how far it is away, we can still plan for it.
☐ A thread for cast! If this is to be a host club, then it's time to create the hosts! These characters will be the same character that each Host Club member has all year, so make sure they're liked. You can commission the art committee for art of these characters.
That's all I can think of for now!
