Here's how it works, for those of you who don't know or need a refresher.

Every month, a new round begins and each crew member is reset to 15 points. Each day, you get two points to work with. You can hurt or heal with those points - heal someone +2, hurt someone -2, or a combination of the two (hurt -1, heal +1, etc.).

For each hurt/heal, you state the person's username and you must include a VALID guild related reason why you did so. This is so that the Crew can see what they are doing right or wrong and improve accordingly.

What happens when a Crew member reaches 0? Well, they will know that there is a problem and may be demoted based on circumstances.

Also, crew members cannot hurt or heal THEMSELVES.

New Rules:

Inactivity for real life stuff is not a means for point deduction, Real Life ALWAYS comes first. This guild is not more important then real life stuff.

No arguments here.

Try to be civil... no insults.

Learn all facts because spouting nonsense and giving a -/+ for a stupid reason.

+1 to Tai, (Even if he hates me), Konoha is going great from the looks of things, and you haven't abandoned your team in Kiri.

This thread serves a purpose, despite it not being used for such. Maybe if votes were monthly and you just gave your opinion on everyone with a +1, -1, or null.

And I get it, I hear you guys say that Qyp works behind the scenes, and that Qyp serves his purpose as the guilds "punching bag" or whatever, but also think from our perspective.

Perception is reality. I heard that time and time again in the Navy. What people see you doing is what they will believe you do. We don't see Qyp work behind the scenes. We see the Qyp who doesn't post. We see the Qyp who post godly awful things in the approvals forum. We see the Qyp who couldn't be bothered enough to get active and save his own village, then pinned the entirety of the blame on somebody else. Most importantly, we all see the Qyp who is excessively rude to everyone and doesn't know how to be respectful or polite when saying things.

I agree with you, it was not ALL Qyp's fault, but it was not ALL Pr0dIgy's fault either.

We have the right to voice our opinions of Qyp, or any other crew member. I could easily unload on anyone with both positive or negative things, but Qyp took what I said about inactivity, and instead of proving me wrong, acted like a child.

Qyp is great in that he has motivation for some things, like making the Hozuki clan, or that clan he and Tai made together, but he quickly loses that motivation, and he has never really been motivated about posting.

Given his attitude and lack of posting, I made my votes, but his justification that he had just posted an extremely short post a few hours before wasn't really much excuse. I am firm on that opinion, and honestly, I want Qyp to prove me wrong. I want to put +2 to Qyp for being super active, running and event, and helping out in the public eye, but I cannot rightfully do that, because I never see anything come out from him.

Now I will move on and just air out any bad air here, when I posted this initially, it was not meant to offend, if anything I think that this thread is to reward and motivate. If you get a minus to something, talk civilly to that person and see if you can improve, if you get a plus to something, it means that you are appreciated.

All three on the basis that unlike Qyp's approach to things, they would rather diffuse problems than create them (Even if Proto does have her moments). Thank you for my sanity, you three are part of the reason I have stayed in this guild. I enjoy roleplaying with all of you and appreciate your contributions to the guild.

+2 Proto for getting me back into the RP. I've missed it more than I expected to, and you've always been an excellent RP partner.
