• "Manifold Breathing" | Body | Supplementary [Activated/Instinctive Ability]
  
  Manifold breathing is a technique which allows the user to drastically increase inhalation and exhalation capacity for any number of breaths. It grants the user higher performance levels in endurance and energy with almost unremarkable effort. The technique itself requires at least passably acceptable posture in any position, in order to be best effective. The technique can be improperly simulated by merely bending the gases into one's mouth and lungs, however it will not produce the same incredible difference. Being sufficiently injured or winded may prove to temporarily deprive the user of this skill. While not meant to be a combative skill, this technique may be applied to escape or assault attempts.

  Otherwise known as "circular breathing," few but the most dedicated meditators and airbenders are able to learn this skill, let alone master it. It allows the user to remain entirely sessile whilst engaging in activities and serves to maintain a state of "zen" in which their actions and behaviors are streamlined. The skill was primarily designed as an exercise in discipline.
