 Kelebek loved mornings. She was always the first one awake, even before Mommy and Daddy, but they had told her that she couldn't go out of the cave alone, so every morning she got up, tippawed as carefully as she could around her siblings (usually at least one ear or paw was stepped on) and sat as close to the outside world as she could while still being technically inside.
That was where the youngest sat, as properly up straight as she could, watching the sun slowly rise over the horizon and listening to all the little happy birds chirp away. As nice as it was, Kelebek was still a kit, which meant that although she tried to seem like the oldest, she was still young and impatient.
And she was bored.
Knowing that Daddy would be upset if she woke him or Mommy up ("Mommy needs her rest!" Daddy would say with a huff and a snore), Kelebek turned away from the husky morning light and padded over to her siblings.
The boys would complain. Or they would want to wrestle. And while she liked wrestling, she wasn't in the mood.
That left only Gina, her big sissy.
Good enough.
"Hey," Kelebek whispered loudly in Gina's ear. "Hey," she said again, grinning when Gina began to stir. "You awake?"

 The early mornings weren't as much of a thrill for the eldest sister of the bunch visually, but the very smell of morning was something she couldn't quite describe. Sometimes she missed it, sometimes she caught it, but it was never the same twice. She was also quite aware that her younger sister loved watching what must be simply spectacular, but never could quite get anyone to join her.
Except perhaps this morning.
The kit scrunched up her face as she was awoken, stretching her muscles to make sure that they worked. It was early! And as hyper as she may be, Gina was not one for getting up just for the sake of a sunrise. However, being one of the eldest meant sometimes doing things she didn't want to, and therefore, this must be one of them.
"M' awake nooow...." She grumbled, sitting up before swaying to the side, falling over to the ground. "Watizzit? Somethin' important?"

Kelebek grinned as Gina awoke, even though she knew her sister couldn't see it. That was alright--the two of them didn't need to see each other to know what they were feeling.
"Yeah! Will you come keep me comp'ny? Or maybe we could go esplorin'!" Kelebek grinned excitedly, her fluffy tail waggling excitedly. "I know it's early but it'll be so fun an' it's so quiet it'll be great~" Kele grinned widely and pounced her lightly, pushing on her sister's shoulder.
"Pleeeease, sissy? Pleeeease?" Yes she was being annoying and yes she recognized it, but she really wanted to have fun with Sissy before everybody woke up and Mommy or Daddy decided they had to be grown up and boring. Or the boys wanted to come--she loved her brothes, of course, but they always wanted her to do what they wanted. So lame!
"C'mon, Gigi, it'll be so much fun I promise~"

"Exporin'?" She woke up just a little more. "Like...Goin' out of the cave?" Gina knew perfectly well that they weren't supposed to go out. Something about being far too young and precious for the world that awaited them later. That's what she thought their parents said anyway...
But....Then again....
It could be fun?
And it wasn't like she was going off on her own anyway. Kele would be there to help her with things she couldn't see, and she'd be able to help Kele with things she couldn't notice! So there was no reason not to really try and go! Other than getting in trouble...
"Let's go then!" She grinned, pushing punishment out of her mind. It wasn't like they would run into anything dangerous! It was just going out for a little bit, and coming back in before everyone else woke up! Or before their brothers tattled on them... Her first time outside! She was so ready now for this.
