You know Inferno from G1? Is he any way connected to Inferno from Beast Wars? Or is it just coincidence that they have the same name?
I was wondering this because Megatron in Beast Wars did steal Maximal protoforms to make his Predacon troops.

What does everyone else think?

They probably are, if not in canon then in fanon.
But that's funny, cuz there was a Knockout in G1, and now there's a supposedly new character in TFP named Knockout. The guild captain and I have decided the G1 character was his dad.

I haven't watched all of BW but I would guess that BW Inferno just happens to share G1 Inferno's name.
