As anyone who's still active in this guild well knows we don't have enough people to take over the many positions still left open for the league. My suggestion to this is to create characters that would permanently fill these positions along with set teams and set team levels. Whenever Suzy Q needs to battle Gym Leader One she would ask anyone online to fill that role for the duration of the battle. The person that fills the role of the gym leader is not permanent and cannot complain when Joe Random fills the role for Bob because it's not their permanent character. The battle would be moderated by a crew member to avoid someone asking a friend to throw the match for them. Honestly even if that did happen we'd STILL have full time E4 members and they CERTAINLY wouldn't be throwing their matches when it came time for a challenge to become a Champion.
So that's my idea guys. Tell me what you think of it.

I've actually had that idea for a while now since after getting the second badge.
I'm all for it, since we're lacking in the members area.

If it weren't for the initial restriction of preventing people from having both a position in TC and a gym leader, we wouldn't have such a big problem. XD But this works.

XD You know exactly why that was put into place and it was only for the higher ups of TC. I couldn't have someone be a GL and a named TC member without having to worry about playing favorites. Xavior Hellzwing What does this mean then for my gym leader? Well this is only a suggestion so far but I DID think of you when I was posting this. I figure that anyone that's a gym leader right now would become an E4 since I believe we've only got two officially decided upon.
