 The estate of the Archmage Darius Dragonkin sits on vast track of land ranging from forests that leads up to the estate's main building, and the vast well cared lands around it including a beautiful river feed pond behind it. The main building is old victorian style built around a ancient tower that buffered by magic rises far into the air. Inside are many bedrooms and all the things would find in most estates, but one diffrent thing is the many librairies filled wioth ancient books. Few people come to these ancient halls the only living thing being it's ancient master who uses ancient atonomatons to go about the daily upkeep of the home.

 Darius Dragonkin Darius was silent as he walked from the entrance into the tower he built his massive home around his blue eyes gleaming slightly. "I find it hard to beleive that these old halls will once again have another walking in them." He said to himself as he walked through the large empty halls of the victorian mansion. The man looked human for the most part his skin smooth and devoid of the scales so common of his kind, but for the most part thats's where it ended his eyes were strangly reptilian. His hair shined with mettalic sheen and his aura completly inhuman. Darius smiled a warm smiled reveling his too sharp teeth as he stepped out on the porch to wait for his new belonging.

Bell walked up to the door and checked out the outside. Her hair was brown and shiney like she wasn't ever mistreated. She had bright red eyes that would shine in the sun. She saw gow big everything was and could tell he was rich. "Well, well. I have a rich master." She giggled a bit at her comment.

Darius Dragonkin "Riches is something that comes eaisy when you have lived as long as I." Darius said softly as he matirilized next to the woman his blue reptilian eyes aglow with power and ancient knowladge. He spent his time looking her over not only with his eyes but also the magical senses that dragon and their kin had which would feel to Bell as if she was being caressed by a warm breeze. "Well they certainly didn't lie about you beauty girl it has been long sense such has roamed theses halls." That said the door simply opened and Darius entered motioning for the slave to follow as light flipped on and torches lit in the long hallways.

 Bell followed him inside the mansion and gave a quick look round. She saw all the pictures and beautiful statue. "Your home is lovely." She moved her hair out of her face and stayed a few paces behind him. The scar on her back made her shiver with all the lighted torches around them.

Darius Dragonkin Darius continued to walk through the hallways his senses notting bell shiver slightly. "Thank you I have worked to make it look more humanish in the last fifty years I have recluded myself here." He said softly before finally stopping in front of a large set of doors. "Ah here we are your room." He twitched one finger and the doors opened into a grand room fit for a noble with elegant wooden funitures of hardwood and a large four poster bed. It was a room that most anyone would kill for with everything one would want. "The door on the left leads to your master bath, and the right to you library while is on of the smaller ones in my home." He took a stone from his pocket and sat it on the dresser. "That will allow you in my tower when I call for you."

Bell walked into the room and was shocked. She had never had a room this big. She looked at Darius and smiled a bit. "Thank you." She wanted to ask why a simple slave deserved a room this big, but she didn't want to question his kindness. She walked around the room checking out all the furniture. She sat down on the bed and let out sigh of relief.

Darius Dragonkin Darius smiled at her and for a moment it held real kindness in it by it was quickly replaced with his neautral face. "You are very welcome my dear in the wardrobe are clothes as well a bit outdated for todays but I am too old to care." He turned and tapped a statue it's eyes glowed blue and it moved slightly. "I shall leave you to get acostomed I must go to my palor and attend a meeting this golem will show you to me when you are ready." He said softly and then left the room the large doors closing quietly behind the Archmage.

Bell watched him leave and then went to her wardrobe. "These are outdated." She shrugged and picked out something to wear. She went to her bathroom and took a nice long bath. She felt like she could be in there for days. When she got out her scar had taken a new form. She put on one of the dresses and looked in the mirror. "Not bad." She sat down on her bed and thought how wonderful everything was gonna be and then she let out a sigh."Something is going to mess this up."

Darius Dragonkin Darius strode purposefully forhis parlor his mind still partily on the beauty of his new slave. His taking one was an interesting concept having always refused before hand even when it was consedered far less evil. "Perhaps I have just gotten too old." he muttered fbefore entering his parlor and was greated by the magical avatars of the heads of the Mages Elder councel. "Archmage." They greated in unison as the old Dragonkin took a seat in the lush and beautiful parlor full of crystals and glass. " So is she to your liking my lord." One asked looking at Darius from under his hood. "Yes my thanks Bremen now too buisness shall we." That said he begain the meeting which would last late in the evening. In Bells room however after hours of silence the Golem spoke to her. "The master wishes your presence in his Parlor please follow." It's voice was gruff like stone yet it moved elegantly as it started to lead the way.

Bell stood up and followed the strange man out of her room. Her dress came up just past the knees. She had on ballet flats and her hair was down past her back. When she entered the parlor she gave a curtsy and a smile.

Darius Dragonkin Darius stood at a bar filled with crystal decanters full of various drink. "Thank you for bringing her you may rest." He waved an absent hand and the golum vanished with a pop. He finished feeling a crystal glass and turned his face pulled and more tired then before after his meeting with the Elders. "Well girl I suppose it is time for a proper introduction. I am Darius Dragonkin Archmage of the Mages cuild and one of the last of the desendants of the blue dragons." he walked closer to her taking a sip of his drink as his did so. "I know who you are from the papper work but I want to really know you my dear and to my kind there is only one way to do so I want to see your soul." He sat his glass next to his chair and walked over to her his robes flowing around his legs as he moved close and after placing a hand on her chin he looked itno her eyes and each saw into the other's soul.
Bell would see Darius as he truly was an ancient and powerfull being old enough to have meet the first Ceaser of Rome. She would see pure force of power and the animal instincts of the dragon and the need of his human side all supressed and hidden away so that only someone he gazed would see.

Bell stared right back at him and saw things about him that he would probably never share out loud. Darius would see that Bell was a fire demon and was that last of her family. She has been mistreated and abandoned most of her life. And she had lost any feeling of love a long time ago.

Darius Dragonkin Darius withdrew from the Soulgaze and closed his reptilian eyes for a moment or two before gently caressing her cheek with one lightly clawed finger. "How sad to have lost such an important trait of those with free will." He said softly and then moved back to his high back chair and sat in it taking a sip of his drink. Darius then motioned for her to sit in the one across from him. "Whatever your past you are here now girl and now mine, and to a dragon his possesions are greatly precious you need not worry about being thrown out again." He smiled softly a little true mirth in it this time as he took another drink. "Tell me what you can do my dear I never did get to read your paperwork on that subject."[/b]
