Hey there!

I'm Isa-sama, but you can just call me Isa. I'm in charge of this forum, so if any one has any questions or problems (or even just want to chat), please feel free to PM me!

So I would say that I've been RPing for about 4-5 years now and writing for an additional year. I enjoy writing, and I definitely love creating new characters. Character development is probably my favorite thing to focus on because I am very interested in understanding how and why people react the way they do. If anyone would like to work on their characters, or perhaps trying to come up with reasons for why their character has some kind of quirk, I'd definitely love to talk to you about it. Oh! This might be a good time to let you know that I am a tutor, and my specialty is character development.

I wasn't sure if the lack of posts in the Crew/Tutor threads was because people felt shy or what. I'm hoping that if people see that someone is talking to one of the crew, they'll realize that we don't bite (much xd ) and like talking to members.

When I was a member, a small part of me felt worried about talking to the Crew about wanting changes or something different. I guess I felt my opinions weren't going to be important or useful, so I said nothing about it. I don't want anyone to feel that way, because this crew really does care about its members. If I can get someone to feel comfortable talking about what they like or what they want in the guild, I've made a victory.

We really do need to work on that. I felt the same way and just kind of lurked around the guild for. . . years before dragging Mel in here to run a game I could play in. A few months later we were both Crew. >.<

We already moved the Ask the Crew sticky into the main forum (restarted it technically cuz it was old) but maybe a Suggestions Box or something would get more response?

And everyone congratulate Isa cuz she just recently (last Thursday) got promoted! So recent that she still needs to be added to the Crew sticky. . . which I will go do now.

This crew sticky. Maybe we should move it into the main forum?

And sorry everyone for disappearing - I ended up going on a beach trip with friends. I needed a trip to the ocean, and I feel so much better because of this trip. Hehe, I'm even more inspired to write Riding the End out (a work-in-progress RP of mine)!
