He will also develop the power to temporarily amplify a persons power.W E A K N E S S His biggest weakness is not having an active power to defend himself with. While he can negate other super's powers, if there is a group he can be vulnerable. His hand to hand fighting skills are well developed enough to defend himself against an opponent or a small group, but anymore than that and he is at danger.T E L L M E A S T O R YJasper was was the very first person that was put into the little power program. Cloned as a 8 year old child he was raised a short time by one of the nicer scientists. He was for the program as the scientist he saw as his father wanted him to do it. When his powers manifested he was seen as a failure and locked up. Eventually he escaped and knowing there were others like him that were captive worked towards freeing them. The moment they were free they escaped the facility and he found them a warehouse to live in. Since then he has worked towards trying to assimilate them into everyday society with mixed results. His dream is that they will each be able to live a normal live without persecution. What ever became of the scientist that raised him is something he always wondered. Was he for or against what was done? It is a question he doesn't think will ever be answered.
Jasper is very friendly to all those he meets and cares deeply for all of his brethren. He is fiercely protective over them and the moment one of them is even a minute late he is the first one out looking for them for fear something horrible has happened. He has been called a worry wort and mother hen by a few people. He is a very well accomplished martial artist out of necessity because his powers are defensive only. Because of the gases and poisons that she creates inside of her body, she is immune to poison.W E A K N E S S Because of the powers she has, she has to have control of her breathing for her to breath the gases. If shes having trouble breathing she can't release the gases properly. Also because of the powers she has she does indeed have a bit of breathing problems. She has asthma, so she has to be careful not to over work her body to stir up her asthma. If she over works body its possible for her to have a asthma attack. Tell Me a Story Kim, she knew the scientist that she was cloned after, because that scientist took care of her for the longest time. They felt a personal connection with each other that nobody could really explain. Kim enjoyed spending time with that woman. She saw the woman as a sort of mother. However, when her powers started to show up. She was about ten when her powers showed up. It wasn't what the scientists were expecting out of her. Kim was then locked away in a small room with special walls that would not degrade from her powers. The one scientist that she was cloned from came by then dropped off a guitar for her but that was the last time she ever saw that woman. Kim was left all alone in a room of white and silence. It was here that she discovered her love for music how talented she was with music.
She just learned to play the guitar and learned to sing. Writing her own made up songs in her confinement. Then one day, after years in her jail cell, Jasper opened the door of her cell. She stared at him with surprise. He wasn't a scientist, he wore no lab coat. She had never seen him before in her life. But he gave her a look that just made her trust him. And as he held his hand out to her, she took it and let him lead her away with the other Outsiders out of their lab prison.
Since that day, she has lived in the altered were house that they have modified to support all of them. It was about a few months after their escape that her personality changed. She got a taste of the real world and she loved it. She now is a mischievous trouble maker and Jasper's heart attack waiting to happen. But no matter how much of a trouble maker she is, she isn't rebellious. She loves Jasper and all the other Outsiders. They are her family and she will never deny that. Kim, became a singer and Entertainer because she is simply that talented and she works long and hard hours. That was all she knew for a long long time, was books and H2O19. She read about many things, steam powered engines to diesel, eventually she began stealing equipment and dismantling it in her cell, small things like bunsen burners and the like. Then the books became more electronic focused and she started stealing CAC 5 cables and USB cords.
When the scientist found the items, they would attempt to beat her, but beatings didn't work, so they got more creative. A small room with a heater, separated from her brother and unable to use her powers much. She made due purifying her sweat and drinking it. Those were the worst times in her life.
She had just been released from solitary the day before when Jasper cut her and the others loose, she found her brother and ran out of that hellhole together.
Once on the outside, she found a place near the water and settled down with her brother, keeping him in hiding while she looked for work. Eventually she needed a car, so she started fixing up this old truck in front of this building. They were about to bust her, but thus far her only crime was fixing a car. So they gave her a job, $11.50 an hour isn't bad. She fixes their computers sometimes, but mostly works in the garage.
