~Hello!~
I'm an amateur writer if you could call it that. I've been very interested in writing fiction for a while and I have been working with an idea of a book, but I'm barely finished with the plot. I am kind of young to start writing, but right now I'm just toying with ideas of begining to write a book.
Anyway, if you're a writer, or like to write, this thread is open for anyone to share their ideas and help me or any other writers.
So don't be shy!

For help it is easy to get out a basic idea. Trust me. Writing multiple books.

I don't write anything beyond poetry (tried writing a book, but I'm just not focused enough). But, from learning about my favorite authors...hardcore planning is key. Even J.K. Rowling has tons of notebooks full of ideas and backstories for the Harry Potter series.

I write here and there, but not nearly as much as I wish I could. I'll have an inkling to write something, I'll sit down to write and I just can't get anything to come about. I'll have a line here or there, but I can't get anything expanded from them.
As for books, I have an idea for one and have some character ideas and a very basic plot, but with school and stuff, I've never got around to actually writing it.

I write quite a lot, both fiction and poetry. No non-fiction, though. So far I haven't published anything, but maybe one day...
Right now I've got a few projects going on, couple of them for short stories, and the rest for longer works. I always seem to have more ideas than time to actually write them down, so I end up with a mess like this. Then again, if I try to hurry myself to write one idea off the table first, I end up even more confused. Nothing seems to help it, but I try not to care, because I don't want to abandon my ideas if it seems like they have any chance of actually working. xD

I'm a pretty good writer. I rarely have a spelling or grammar mistake and get plenty of stuff out of nothing. I am good at it. I just don't like doing it every day.

I can write.
Sentences.
Long one.
Like this insanely long sentence that probably doesn't have any meaning beyond just being a long sentence to give me proof that I am actually writing a long sentence.
I type sentences too.
