Office: The guild leader and Vice Captains are the ones who manage the guild. They are responsible for the maintenance of the forums and make sure the rules are being followed. Crew will take care of the additions to the guild, *ex. reading the submission form to get in*. They also have the power to kick members, if there is a problem or you disagree on a decision made, contact a VC and state the problems you have.
Language: Cursing, try to keep it to a minimal, I mean yes Radios movies, and even talk shows are using profanity but if you're going to call someone a b***h *** **e ***********er, then it shouldn't be said or at least edited out and leave a few letters to figure it out, like so.
Begging: Frequently asking a person to help you with donation etc, is considered begging. However if it is stated in your Siggy that you would like donations, this is fine. However, this guild is not a charity organization.
Loyalty: Leaving the guild or threatening to leave the guild because you do not get your way is seen as disloyal behavior. Once you leave the guild, you are not coming back (exceptions are few) Once you got kicked out of the guild you are not coming back with open arms, you better have a case started.
Having different toons in different guilds is disloyal behavior.

Breaking TOS is your own responsibility.
Breaking TOS can also lead to removal from the guild, with multiple accounts.
