every morning i stretch and do tricep lifts and some bike time and shower and otherwise get ready, and it takes so long i have to grab a food bar on my way out the door
i hate food bars.
so what distinguishes your morning routine?

Wake up. Take a shower. Go to work. I stay up too late to wake up early enough to do anything besides scramble to get to work on time.

But I've been reading Steven King's Dark Tower series since January and am into book five now, which tells you how much I read. It's enough.

Wake up. If I go to job two, I shower and get ready. If I'm going to job one I put clothes on and go.

What is job one? Do you work as a mascot? Makes sense that you wouldn't want to clean up for that, all sweaty inside Mickey Mouse.

now i cannot help picturing Mickey Mouse grooming a dog.
at least you could get wet while washing the doggie; those mascot costumes are murderous though. I met one poor soul up in Algonquin Park ON who was walking around in a moose suit, antlers and all, advertising a new bar that was opening. I heard the cute old moose curse like a sailor about how he got stuck with that duty on the hottest day of the year.
nice PR there, moose.
