Hello! I am currently ready a book, 365 Ways to Live Happy: Simple Ways to Find Joy Every Day by Meera Lester, and I thought, "wouldn't be cool if we made our own list to be happy?". So my goal for this thread is to make 365 ways to be happy/find joy in our day/what you do when you are down to make you...er...un-down.
So, here are the rules:
● If you are listing a way to be happy, please number it. ● Don't want to help with the list? Then just come and chitchat with us! ● Have fun!
I'll start. 1) Run around all day in your pajamas.

4. Eat less meat.
You don't have to become a die-hard vegan overnight, just cut back on the flesh of dead critters (especially beef and pork). You'll feel better pretty soon.
5. Try new things.
This one kind of follows the previous one. Try new foods, new clothing styles, new music, books and movies. Get out of your comfort zone in order to expand it.

Not trying to sound...odd. But when I exercise, I don't get that "endorphin release", and I would exercise for a whole hour and nothing...Any tips? (Or am I just over thinking it...? xD ) And, yes, Gaia of course! I always get to meet my friends on here. smile
