From the gameplay I saw of Skyward Sword i'd GLADLY take Navi over Fi...which is also my answer of most annoying

  Piros and Piros the 3rd.They both are loud, stupid, ugly, and annoying, They both have annoying "Theme songs" They both get in my friggin way when I'm trying to open a treasure box or fight an enemy. They are just too bulky to move around.

For me the Endermen creep me out because they appear out of NOWHERE! Just minding my business underground (or even on the over field) hear a weird sound and ignore it, notices one of my pet wolves pushing me then I turn around and guess who's behind me? Next thing I know I'm heading for the nearest pool. =w=''

Mothmants: Plain and simple. You try to kill the nest, and more spawn straight out like ******** rabbits and move so quickly. Hard to aim at them.
Zelda Series
Fi: Biggest annoyance about her is that she states the obvious as if we're ******** stupid. Next time you want to make a guide, please make it something that tries to trick us as well as help us. Fi is too helpful. -.-
Pokemon Series
Every trainer who wants to battle you. <----Nuff said if you're playing for hours and you're trying to get through the story as you evade the crowd.

That damned trade assistant imp: Look, buddy. I know you want to talk, but shut up when we already know what the ******** we're doing. And, your speech bubbles are annoying when a bandit is right there and your bubble goes in the way of our sight while we're trying to get away.
I have more, but I can't remember all the annoying characters or monsters in games. sweatdrop So, all in all, Navi's just plain amusing. ^^

Ranusha Pokemon SeriesEvery trainer who wants to battle you. <----Nuff said if you're playing for hours and you're trying to get through the story as you evade the crowd. I never had a problem with free exp and money from all the random trainers..If anything, I think there aren't enough of them, hahah! I wish I could find more to level up some other pokemon since I stopped playing my Black version before beating the game and now that I'm starting back up I want to use different pokemon..Annoying part is leveling them up without having a lot of random trainers available. But, for lack of a better choice other than the famously aggravating Navi, someone else comes to mind..XT from WoW. It's a biiig robot boss you fight that has an annoying little kid voice and doesn't shut the ******** up while you're fighting it.

Dust Remover Creepers from Minecraft UGH! Thatsssss a very nissssse houssssssee you got there, it would be a ssssshame if sssssssomething were to happen to it,<- every time I see a creeper and hear them hiss this is what I think of!

Mobs with extra magic resist
D3: Waller mobs. Jailer mobs.
Mobs that cripple/daze/silence/web/scram
JUST DIE ALREADY!! (and stop CCing me)
