How they ended up in Deadman Wonderland: murder of multiple medical staff members
Personality: Tegi loves interacting with people, be it civil or impish in nature and is known for his childish disposition. This carefree front easily masks his paranoid tendencies, such as maintaining abnormal sleeping habits and locations and constantly checking his surroundings. He’s a quick thinker and is considerably agile. Tegi is also known for his moodiness, and can go from one extreme to another in a short period of time. If rubbed the wrong way there’s a good chance of him being completely taken over by the resulting emotion.
Branch of Sin: mercurial crimson~ can control the content of whatever he chooses to form, adding more platelets to harden and more plasma to soften. Relatively close to forgery abilities (now that i think of it) . His consistency depends on what mood he's in and he gets anemic easily if too much blood is wasted. Though it's a very diverse branch it isn't strong enough to do extreme tasks, and there's a limited amount of "creations" that can remain under his control depending on the size of each.
History: When Tegi was younger both he and his mother were victims of a household explosion, which was the result of his father’s ties to illicit activities going sour. His mother shielded him for the most part and ended up dying in the process. After being rescued he was taken to the hospital, but since he was in shock medications couldn’t be given for the pain. Routine debridement was traumatizing and caused an unbearable fear of doctors and the like to arise.
Tegi lived with his father from then on, and, although he never realized it, he was being pulled from a victim of circumstance into the syndicate’s ranks. They kept it that way by never exposing him to the darker side of the group. Although the eventual awakening of his abilities made him more valuable, small escapades became (half unintentionally) more sinister, resulting in many people being maimed and in few cases killed by the extent of their injuries. It was difficult to peg him as a suspect due to his usual disposition, and even more so because he was oblivious to what he was connected to. That was, until the day that he was attacked himself and ended up killing everyone in the ambulance…
Facts :
-Tegi is iatrophobic. Usually panic attacks occur when he's threatened with encountering any kind of medical staff or treatment.
-His branch of sin is directly linked to his emotions when loose. (Example: when frightened or agitated it will often look staticy in appearance)
-Physical strength isn't his forte. While he is strong, agility is more relied on.
-Thanks to his paranoia the prison's ventilation system is known off hand. He'd rather walk the halls, but traveling that way works well whenever nessisary.

Tegi has magenta (or fuchsia, whatever you prefer) eyes. He accesses his branch with the use of barbs that adorn bracelets around his wrists. They’re usually hidden by sleeves.
~Other apperence details~
-Tegi isn't in an extreme of short or tall, 5'6" would be a rough estaminet.
-There are still scars from debridement and the initial burns, though they're less prominent then when he was younger.
-Thanks to "wren" there's a light scar on his left cheek that slants upward toward his ear
