Story
The king and queen were looking for someone to take the place of the recently killed champion. To become the new champion is a great honor to anyone. The tasks that must be completed to earn such a position is far from easy, it is as it should be to insure that only the best will make it through. One must travel through the woods where the elves roam freely and past the mountains that hold the giants and trolls. Once past that the only task left is to find the dragon that lives far to the north and is well hidden. After they reach the dragon and have its blessing their task to return to the king and queen. Many seek the spot but few attempt it.
Weapons are limited to a medieval time period and magic is extremely rare in humans. The elves use magic to shape their weapons and villages; there are few elves that use battle magic.

Name: Logan Gender: Male Age: 20 Personality: Quiet, intelligent, keeps to himself Appearance:  Weapons: He uses a bow most of the time but he is also well trained with a sword. Skills: He is well trained in both bow and sword weapons, and he knows some about most other weapons. He is also a proficient hunter. Theme Song (Optional): Unbound by Avenged Sevenfold Story: Logan’s father trained him to be a fighter his whole life. When he was about 10 his mother died by a rouge’s dragger and as he watched her bleed to death his father slowly took the rouge apart. After that he spent almost all of his time learning from his father. As the years passed he became more than a match for his father and he set out from the small village that he lived in and made his way to the city where he saw the king and queens request for a new champion.

 Name: Aria Link Gender: Female Age: 19 Personality: A happy, cheerful, and rather out spoken youth. She is now very direct in most her words, actions, and thinking. A loyal person. Aria wishes to understand others; she can get emotional, but tries to hold it in. Appearance: <----- Skills: User of Magic, she can heal people and learned to talk to animals from the elves. Theme Song: Friends - Stephenie Story: Her grandmother, a life time witch, died a short time ago, but before that she had raised Aria since she was little. Teaching her magic and how to speak elvish and get along with the animals and nature around her. She lives on the edge of the woods, though her house is a bit in further. ((she can meet you guys as you come into the forest...))

Logan heard the news that the king and queen was looking for a new champion. He new that he had to try to make it, it was a chance for him to see more of the world. He check his supplies, what he had would hold him for a few days. He knew roughly where to go and what to do. Through the last thing he had to do was something that troubled him. He walked slowly out of the town, he was heading in a roughly north direction.

Skyelar was sitting in a tree as close to the forest edge as she dared. There was a little sparrow perched on her shoulder, tweeting along as Skyelar sang in elvish. Her voice was sweet and gentle and would catch the attention of anyone that was not an elf.

As Aria walked around the forests edge looking for herbs the faint sound of singing
could be heard. 'I wonder who that could be?' she thought looking up at the sky through
the canopy. Listening close she tried to hear where it was coming from as she
walked carefully through the brush. She was just a little east of where she had
been before when she saw an elf sitting up in a tree. "Hello There!!" she yelled up
into the tree.

Aria stopped and watched as the elf ran away, 'What was that about?' she
thought putting her hands behind her and looking around the forest edge.
"Well there are a lot of herbs around here...." she started
as she picked up some Yarrow that was near her feet. Then went on to picking
other things like Aspen bark, Burdock, and some Elderberry's.

Logan heard the soft voice of someone singing and then someone speaking up. As he came closer to where the sounds came from all he saw was a women picking herbs. He stopped for a moment glancing around for the source of the other voice he heard before he moved closer to her and said "Hello."

Aria looked up from her pickings to see a boy near her age most likely
"A hello to you a well."she said putting what she had just picked
up into a small bag at her side. She looked him over for a moment, he didn't
look like he would attack her, but he also didn't look harmless. "What
brings you to the forest this day....um..." she trailed off hoping
that he might say his name, still being a little weary of the sword at his side.

Logan told her "I am just passing though. If you are worried about my sword then don't be, if I meant to harm or kill you I would have used my bow and arrows." He stated the last part without any humor or emotion, to him it was just a simple fact that he was better with a bow then the sword at his waist.
