[A]rena
The Arena, as it is called by everyone in the squad, is one of the first things the Captain, Sazagishi Kuroyanagi, built after being promoted to the position. It stands as a massive pit located near the squad's barracks and serves as the major location for seat duels and honor brawls. Major and minor spars are held here on the arena floor below. Usually as it appears that a fight is starting, squad members gather and ring the edge and higher stands. They sit a respectable distance away from the action because they know: anything goes in an arena battle.
