Meh this is a poem that I found once but it always inspires me. Not just in writing but also all around.
"Don't quit when the tide is lowest,
For it's just about to turn.
Don't quit over thoughts and questions,
For there's something you may learn.
Don't quit when the night is darkest,
For it's just a while til dawn.
Don't quit when you've run the farthest,
For the race is almost won.
Don't quit when the hill is steepest,
For your goal is almost nigh.

my grade 5 teacher said this too me once: "Don't stop writing, if you stop you'll never realize your dream." kinda weird but it helped me alot.

Similarly, an old friend of mine once told me (when I asked him what he does when he loses hope,) "You lose what you don't hold onto. Always remember that."
