----------------------------------- As Grimm arrived at his squads barracks he looked around to see if anyone was around, though he figured there wouldn't be anyone outside at this hour, they would all be eating dinner and relaxing. Standing up straight Grimm rolled his shoulders around and rolled his neck around popping it. He slid his Haori off letting it blow slightly away in the wind. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath, immediately he spiked his spiritual pressure at a massive amount as to draw his squads attention. He opened his eyes as he heard the squad coming outside wondering what Grimm was doing. Holding his zanpakuto up and bent a little ready to fight Grimm smirked a little before he used his flash step to disappear from their view. Reappearing behind one of them Grimm was standing with his zanpakuto turned around thrusted into the shinigami. The other squad members reacted with the only way they knew how by drawing their own zanpakuto's. Without any hesitation or remorse for what he was doing, one by one, Grimm massacred his squad. Within minutes Grimm was standing in the middle of the courtyard, his hands soaked in blood, more blood dripping from the tip of his zanpakuto Grimm stood like a statue, as if he was waiting for someone....But prisoners of their own Mindset

"Do we really Need to fight...."
Axzaki aka Gin 
The man struggled to talk, seeing how fatal his wound was, Axzaki closed his eyes. The man then tried to speak"it....it...was...hi...."he said before he died. In Axzaki very own hand, he slowly laid the man down while blood filled them. He stood up looking at the palm of his hands with the blood stain covering it. He quickly dashed towards Grimm hoping all is well, and that he was okay. Just as he arrived, he was shocked to see the man whom he called brother stood in the middle of the court yard, with his zanpakuto in hand and blood dripping from the blade.
He didn't want to believe it, but the bodies laying around Grimm was enough to show the evidence. He closed his eye in ashamed of what he had seen, and how low Grimm had brought himself down too. He couldn't bare the thought of what Animus would have said if he would have saw this himself, and a tear slowly fell from his right eye."Why.....Grimm..Amarai...why?"he said in a calm tone. Though his anger was boiling, his sadness began to come out as well."Why did you kill these men!....?"he said as his voice began to increase"ANSWER ME YOU b*****d!!"he yelled. This wasn't Axzaki usual tone of voice or emotion. He was hurt to the lowest point, but angered above all and beyond. He wanted to grab his zanpakuto, yet he wanted to just cry from his sadness. He stood fifteen feet behind Grimm awaiting for his answer.  "....because i would rather have tea"

-----------------------------------As Axzaki joined Grimm in the courtyard, he turned to face the man he has called brother for many years. Giving a simple smile as if nothing was wrong, he then turned away from him again. Cleaning the blade of his zanpakuto off and sheathing it Grimm sighed a little. "Why did I do this?" He spoke this question aloud to himself thinking for a moment before turning to Axzaki. Giving his brother a smirk, Grimm used flash step, knowing he was better at it than Axzaki, he appeared beside his brother facing the opposite direction of him. "Come now brother you knew this was going to happen eventually. Ever since Animus was killed, things have been different here. The Gotei 13 is becoming weak and frankly I can't be apart of this. I'm leaving and there isn't a goddamn thing you can do about it." Using his flash step once more Grimm used it to appear in the spot his brother found him in.
Not drawing his zanpakuto but getting in a fighting stance, Grimm knew his brother was going to try to stop him, try to capture him so he could pay for his crimes, but in Grimm's eyes, the only crime committed here was the weakness of the men and women he had just slaughtered. "I will leave the Soul Society brother, and if I have to kill you to do so, then so be it. I just wish you could see the truth that I see." With that said Grimm let his spiritual pressure roar out of him like that roar of thunder during a storm. At this point he wasn't going to hold back, not even against his brother....But prisoners of their own Mindset

Jousake was spending time in his office, as he was working on paperwork for his division, as he was enjoying this short period of peace. A lot of turmoil hit the Gotei 13 recently with the passing of Animus and the introduction of the outsider, Kenshin Hiroshi, as he appeared almost out of the blue. Even Jousake was still a bit surprised to see that this person was still alive, as he was the man who founded the Hiroshi clan thousands of years ago. This truly made Jousake wonder how such a man was appointed to the position of Head Captain. Sighing, Jousake returned his attention to his paperwork, as he started to hum a nice tune to himself.
However, he was soon interrupted by his door being opened, with a concerned member of his division, as he shouted out loud that there were some members of the Sixth Division in critical condition, after being attacked by one of their own. Jousake immediately got out of his chair and ran over to the location of those members that made it over to his division, as he immediately began to heal those members around him. Thankfully he was a skilled healer, as he saved them from death, but didn't heal their wounds completely, as he left that job to his subordinates.
"What the hell is going on? A member of the Thirteen Court Guard Squads did this?" Jousake was growing troubled, as he approached one of the members of the Sixth Division and spoke to her, as he asked what happened. She pulled him close, and whispered something in his ear, as Jousake's face turned serious. He understood what was going on and this woman was smart in whispering this in his ear, as it would seem best for his subordinates to remain unaware of the situation and for him to focus on the situation at hand.
Sighing, Jousake snapped his fingers, as ten of his subordinates appeared, with their division gear all set, as they were ready to head out and heal those that needed the help. Sadly, they were unaware of what was going on, and they probably would have been disgusted by what they'd have to see. Regardless, Jousake told those ten what was going on and warned them about the now rogue Captain Amarai, as he would try to talk to him personally before this mess could go on any longer. They vanished and headed over to the Barracks, as they knew they needed to rush over to the division and save those who could be saved, and make sure that those that couldn't be saved but were dying painfully, were given the proper analgesics to ensure a painless death.
Once they arrived, all they saw was blood all over the walls, as this seemed to be an absolute slaughter. "Captain Amarai did all of this?" Jousake shed a tear seeing this mess, as this situation seemed bleak. His subordinates immediately worked on saving the lives of those that could have been saved, while Jousake worked on trying to call down his comrade Axzaki and deal with the situation himself. Appeared alongside Axzaki, Jousake looked at Grimm and sighed. This man seemed to show no remorse for what he had done and this worried Jousake greatly.
"So your defense for committing such a heinous crime is because of the fact that our former Head Captain passed away? You think that the Gotei 13 is weak now because of that? Well it's obviously weak seeing a coward like yourself would turn on his own men and woman and slaughter them for no apparent reason." Pausing, Jousake then appeared behind Grimm and spoke.
"Once more, you want to leave the Soul Society, but would go so far as to kill one of your own comrades? You disgust me Grimm. You're blinded by your lack of faith in the Gotei 13, and you're not even worthy if wearing the uniform of a captain anymore." With that, Jousake pulled out his zanpakuto, and slashed Grimm's haori, as he had no intention to hurt him, but to merely remove the sole thing that made a captain who he was. This man lacked honor, dignity, and a true sense of justice, as he wasn't worthy of this haori anymore. "Just love life and the party happens effortlessly." ▭ ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓

"Do we really Need to fight...."
Axzaki aka Gin Remaining still and listening to Grimm reply, Axzaki remained quiet. His eyes was slightly widened as he listened to the coldness coming from the mans voice, as he really did no signs of caring for his crimes. Watching Grimm use his flash step, to basically overtake Axzaki with words the gray hair man still remained quiet. Though Grimm may seem to be faster with flash step, Axzaki has remained quiet this whole time about his true ability in flash step.
Axzaki felt the presence of Jousake entering into the barracks, and turned his head in that direction. Axzaki then focused back on Grimm"brother...you dare...to call me brother...."he said. Feeling the force of Grimm reitsu, Axzaki would countered it but it wouldn't matter in the long run."The only one blind here is you Grimm.....Grimm Amarai....."he said with anger in his voice. Though after saying this, he notice Jousake had came into the mist of the tension. Hearing his words as well, he couldn't have agree thought in all and all it was painful to see this.
Axzaki closed his eyes thinking about Animus always taught him to read someones heart. And knowing at this very moment, he could sense Grimms heart was purged with evil indeed or more less of good couldn't be found. Watching Jousake slash Grimms haori into nothing, Axzaki watched the torn Haori fall to pieces. He opened his eyes all the way."As....as..much as I don't want to do it...you know you're forcing me to stop you Grim.."he said in a worried tone.
The last and honest thing he actually wanted was to fight him. Knowing how much they have been through together, this was too harsh and painful."But...if you stop now...we can find another way around this Grimm.."he said with sadness in his voice. The last and honest thing he actually wanted was to lose control of his hollow, which thinking of this leading to Axzaki balding his fist tightly. His reitsu had rose to a high level then dropped, he closed his slightly looking at Grimm"tell me....who are you really doing this for? Yourself..or someone else?"he asked with a low mellow tone. He couldn't bare to hear either answer because either way, they were both the wrong path. "....because i would rather have tea"

-----------------------------------As Jousake entered the area and proceeded to slice Grimm's Haori off of him. He slightly moved letting Jousake's zanpakuto tear through a portion of it only taking off a third of it. He focused his attention on Axzaki, which at this point he knew there was no going back now. Turning slightly to his side, Grimm held up both of his arms pointing a single finger at both of them. Smirking he let out two simultaneous Byakurai's at the two of them. Merely using it as a distraction Grimm used his flash step. He appeared just in front of Jousake, lowered a little his left palm just inches away from his stomach. "Hado #73, Sōren Sōkatsui!" Using the kido without saying the incantation was powerful but not powerful enough to do actual damage. Though in this case Grimm was merely using it to make Jousake back off from him, this had nothing to do with him. This fight was between Grimm and Axzaki and thats how Grimm was going to have it. Jumping backwards to land about 15 feet away from Axzaki Grimm planted both of his hands on the ground letting out a burst of spiritual pressure causing a mild earthquake for a few seconds. "Hachigyō Sōgai!" Using a Kido spell that should be familiar to both Axzaki and Jousake, but not known from Grimm to use it.
As Grimm stood up straight, Grimm and Axzaki were disappearing from Jousake's view as Grimm's barrier was surrounding the two of them. As soon as it was complete he turned his attention back to Axzaki rolling his shoulders around again. He had the look of a man who knew he could win this fight despite the circumstances. "I did this to prove a point to myself, nothing else. The stragglers that have lived thanks to Captain Hiroshi, they will only be remnants of this squad. There is a war coming, the Soul Society will fall, you will die. Jousake will die, Kenshin will die. There will be nothing left, I'm leaving and I will use force to do so." He pounded his fists together letting out a roar of spiritual pressure again before letting it dissipate. To Grimm this fight was destiny, he knew now that they were meant to fight, and Grimm was going to be the one who lived....But prisoners of their own Mindset

Jousake noticed that Grimm tried to fire off his kido at him, as he immediately shouted out, "Bakudō # 81. Dankū!" Suddenly a clear rectangular barrier appeared between the two men, as Jousake was safe from this attack. It was clear that Grimm was being reckless, as he wasn't taking in account just how powerful such a spell was from pointblank range. Such a sloppy move to do on the battlefield, as he going to lose this fight by the looks of it. However, Jousake noticed that Grimm set up a barrier around him and Axzaki, as he sighed.
It was clear he wanted a one on one fight with Axzaki and he wasn't going to stop him. This was the perfect chance for him to go anyways and help his men save the lives of those that could be saved. Thankfully, about a hundred and twenty-eight division members were still alive, but close to dying. Those men and women were all saved by Jousake and his men, as he called in for more reinforcements, as he then proceeded to call in for four more relief squads to arrive from his division, as they proceed to arrive almost immediately, bringing over the necessary supplies to bring those injured soldiers from the Sixth Division over to the Fourth Division to recover from their wounds.
Jousake then proceeded to order some of his men to alert the Head Captain himself of the situation at hand. This was getting out of hand, and Jousake worried that the other divisions might not be in the best shape. However, focusing on the evacuation of those division members that remained, they did their final sweep of the division, as they took all the living members to the division, as they placed sheets over each deceased. They eventually left, as the other divisions would start to arrive and handle the situation, and ultimately capture Grimm. [Exit] "Just love life and the party happens effortlessly." ▭ ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓

Axzaki aka Gin Axzaki watched Grimm take on Jousake, though he knew a man of Jousake standards would react quickly too such a attack. Axzaki eyes still focused on Grimm, even though he felt his body couldn't move. He felt as if time and space had frozen him in place due to his emotions, though suddenly his hollow began to speak to him"Now...now is the perfect time to start using our own power as one."he said to him. Though Axzaki heard it, it just wasn't setting completely. He looked at the barrier surrounding the two as Grimm was forcing himself to fight Axzaki, though in the long run Axzaki didn't want to fight.
Though completely at the same time, he also knew he wouldn't allow Grimm to hurt him. He looked and listened closely to Grimms words as he spoke. He sighed as Grimm replied saying his reason for himself, and this was destiny. Though Axzaki wanted to deny it, he was starting to see their was no other way around this battle. With the kido sealed, it can't be broken from the outside. Axzaki eyes began to become stable as he had come to his senses, though deeply he was asking himself"What would you do Animus....what would you do?"he thought deeply. Animus would be disappointed in Axzaki for not going with the right direction, at the same time he would also be disappointed in him for not trying to change ones heart. Though he knew Animus wouldn't be upset with him for this because of Grimms heart was full of evil.
Axzaki remained quiet as he felt the rush of spiritual pressure that Grimm had released from himself. He looked at him eye to eye"So...you have that much confident in yourself..huh?'he asked. He erased the fact of trying to change Grimm as the hollow side of himself remain showing him the images of the slaughtered men Grimm had laid to rest. Axzaki bald up his fist as he looked up to the sky"look Grimm,....the Sky is about to cry soon."he said in a calm tone."When the sky cries....this mean someone is hurt and is feeling pain."he said as he closed his eyes. Axzaki remained keeping his spiritual pressure at the base level it was out, showing that he wasn't willing to fight Grimm.
"I...don't want get hurt, yet I don't want to hurt you Grimm."he continued. He then lowered his head looking at Grimm."if we fight Grimm...are positively sure you know the results of this battle?"he asked now slightly closing his eyes as if he had depression in them. He was slightly becoming emotional again, but knew he couldn't allow his emotions to get in the way. "Grimm....draw your Zanpakuto and I will fight you.". His voice had changed to a serious tone, referring to his off change in tone, he was becoming serious though his reitsu still remained at a calm level. He kept his attention on Grimm waiting for him to make his move. "....because i would rather have tea"

-----------------------------------Keeping his eyes on Axzaki, the man he still calls his brother, even though Axzaki sees the bond severed, Grimm felt it was tighter than ever. He still smile letting his spiritual pressure flow around him calmly, as if it had a mind of its own, but yet it didn't. "You know just as much as I do, there is no coming back from this." Grimm's eyes turned to a serious look about them, with the moment of silence it started to pour down rain. Still holding his wicked smile he never took his eyes off of Axzaki. "Central 46 will condemn me and imprison just as long as they did Aizen." Letting out another burst of spiritual pressure the ground underneath him began to quake from the initial output of energy Grimm was releasing. Cratering beneath him Grimm kept his fighting stance. Still keeping his zanpakuto sheathed, he knew what he was doing. Even though it had been awhile since he had seen Axzaki's full power, he did know how to fight him. His best option at the moment was his speciality, something he was nearly unmatched in by most of the other Captains, including his brother. He was going to use kido against him until he was forced to change his tactics.
Quickly calming the air between them his spiritual pressure dissipating, the only thing being heard at the moment was the rain hitting the ground. "As I have stated before, I will leave here today, even if I have to go through you." Walking a little bit forward he put his fists up ready to fight against Axzaki....But prisoners of their own Mindset

(Aero had told me its cool to post, either way I won't use my zanpakuto till its approved.)
The crimson haired man smiled as the rain came down, flattening his locks to the scalp and partially covering his silver rimmed glasses. Dalaga Helios, Captain of squad five, many thought he would be the one to betray if any did, he found it amusing that this was not the case even under the circumstances. He played the odds in his head given their abilitys, seven to one against Captain Heroki at best. It would still be amusing to watch.
"You never cease to find ways to amaze me Amarai, too bad...even if you leave here tonight, it will only end in your death by my hand."
He said it to himself, looking on from the rooftop overlloking the courtyard which they fought. His tone was heartless, often told he had trouble empathising with others, he always felt it was the opposite. He did his job, he did it well, he had everything he needed. He shook his head quickly to loosen water from it, to no avail, he was fully drenched, but at least now his hair was out of the way, allowing him to watch more carefully.

Captain of 8th Division "Some say I was just flare in the fire..." Akarui had wondered why Axzaki had left her in his office, but didn't think much of it until he had told her about something happening in Squad Six Barracks. 'Perhaps a gathering...? Mm?' she stopped mid way nearest to the squad six area and felt more than one spiritual pressure oozing out it's walls. One particularly was extremely high...and spelled out some kind of...danger. She had also felt a pressure familiar to her. '...J-Jousake...-kun...?' Without really thinking, and uncaptain like, Akarui barged inside, seeing a sight of red everywhere, and four other people, all of them captain gathered around, defensively poses against the man who's spiritual pressure peaked highly. "But I am the ember that burns bright."

Axzaki aka Gin Axzaki looked at Grimm with disappointment, with all he knew this was just plain sad in his eyes. Hearing Grimms words, made his disgusted because to bring yourself this low when you was looked up by others was just beyond the point of no return. Grimm was right, central 46 wouldn't allow him to just go on. Watching Grimm get into is stance, he was going to try and use kido. Though it was true, Axzaki wasn't the best Kido user, he had been training in it to become better. This still was going to push Axzaki to fight Grimm though, not until he draw his zanpakuto.
"Grimm...by force you say you are going to leave?"he asked. He words was filled with little emotion now as he cracked his neck."So you are sure that you will defeat me?"he asked with shame. He shook his head closing his eyes as the rain dripped down his hair and his face."Well....I will have to disagree with you on that one Grimm Amaria....and even if you live...run away.."he said as his anger began to come out. The rage could be felt in his reitsu as it slowly began to pick up, though it wasn't reckless and out raged as Grimm it was slowly rising at a slow pace. "Run far away...and never return."he said as he opened his eyes.
His eyes was filled with anger and sadness all at once. He pulled on both of the white arm bands that reached down to his middle fingers. he tightened them so he could get into the groove, because he wasn't ready to die nor did he want to hurt Grimm. But as they say, there is a time and place for everything, and right now Axzaki really didn't want to see anyone else get hurt including himself. In order for this to happen, he had to fight Grimm leaving it to be his only choice.
"Once more.....draw your blade Grimm."he said once more, this time anger could be heard in his voice."You and I both know Kido won't do you no good in a fight like this, especially in this range and area."he said with them being closed in the barrier, Kido wasn't going to do to much to because with their level they can dodge or counter, or even block. With this Axzaki wasted no time, with his own incredible speed, which only Animus himself saw how Axzaki was more sufficient in speed then anything he appeared in front of Grimm like a blur. His was knelt down on his left knee, with his right knee upright. He left arm thrown behind him, and his right hand bald into a fist aiming to hit Grimm in his abdomen. The force behind his fist could cripple Grimms reitsu focus if he didn't block or dodge the technique. "....because i would rather have tea"

-----------------------------------Simply smirking at Axzaki's words Grimm never took his eyes off of him. He was right, Grimm had hindered himself a bit with putting up the barrier, but it was necessary as to not be interrupted. He knew he had just gotten him to start fighting, and he knew Axzaki was going to throw everything he had at him to incapacitate him so he could be tried and sentenced to death. Pushing his spiritual pressure out at the same rate and fluctuation that Axzaki was, Grimm stood still with his fists in front of him. Predicting Axzaki's movements, Grimm waited for a split second to see what he would do, once the fist was being thrown at him, Grimm backed off a few feet and countered Axzaki's punch with one of his own. Putting a massive force of spiritual pressure behind the fist, Grimm planted his feet into the ground and then forced his body forward sending the left fist directly into Axzaki's fist.
As the two hits collided with each other, the force beyond the attack was definitely not something either of them could stand for long. After a few seconds, Grimm was thrown backwards into the air, hitting the back of the barrier that only the two of them could see, Grimm bounced off it landing harshly onto his knees on the ground. Not wasting any time Grimm pushed himself up into the air holding his right hand, palm first, towards Axzaki's position. As if seemingly floating in midair, just below the top of the barrier, he calmed his spiritual pressure just waiting for a split second before his spiritual pressure began to flow to a single point, his palm. Hadō #88. Hiryū Gekizoku Shinten Raihō!" (Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon) As the high level kido spell blasted out of his hand, Grimm was pushed back to the top of the barrier, nearly his whole body pressed against the barrier, Grimm was in a bad position if this attack missed, yet he somehow knew what he was doing. He knew he would win this fight, he would not allow his brother to defeat him and not kill him. This fight would eitiher end with both of them living or neither of them living. That was Grimm's thoughts on this battle, though it may seem like he was just going along with what was happening, he had this all planned out. He knew what he was doing....But prisoners of their own Mindset

"Do we really Need to fight...."
Axzaki aka Gin Keeping his eyes on Grimm with his fist in motion to make contact, with ease he noticed Grimm countered it. He was expecting such tactic, there for he too had a plan for his actions. Once the fist collided creating a massive force that would cause major damage to inexperience fighters, Axzaki was pushed back not as much as Grimm being he was on his knee. Though it dis cause a large out put crater behind him. Axzaki though was pushed back some from his previous spot. He stood up closing his eyes breathing in deeply, and suddenly releasing it slowly opening his eyes. Axzaki continued his focus on Grimm watching his movements as too how he adjusted his spiritual pressure all the way to his body movements. Feeling the equal amount of power he had put in his spiritual pressure to match Axzaki's own, this made him smile just a little.
Though he had a reason for this smile, and it wasn't because of this battle. He was down right hating this moment, and knew there was no other way around it. Once he realized Grimm was preparing for Hado 88, Axzaki quickly shot up his right hand in a up down motion saying "Bakudō # 81. Dankū (斷空, Splitting Void)"which he jumped back afterwards. Once the hado made contact with the bakudo, a destructive explosion was created though, it wasn't as bad if it would have made direct contact with Axzaki. Axzaki was immediately pushed back from the force of the attack, which he began to slide on the ground with his right arm in front of his face shielding his eyes from the debris from the ground.
He stopped just before he had touched the barrier and lowered his arms looking upwards to Grimm. The smile that was on his face continued which it wasn't a big smile, just the smile form his past days which was his fox-face smile."So...you still want to do Kido?"he asked knowing it was a dumb question in the first place, he looked at his hands opening up his fist revealing his palms which he then made a fist once more. He looked up to Grimm with a conniving look upon his face. he launched himself from the ground directly into the air towards Grimm, in a instant he vanished reappearing beside Grimms left side, Axzaki had his left knee aiming to hit Grimm directly in the abdomen. At the same time he reached his left elbow behind Grimms neck to his him in the back of the neck while speaking"Still not enough to make me fight serious Grimm..."he said with a calm tone even though his face kept its smile. "....because i would rather have tea"
