Dutchess Lorine von Franz lives in style in the drak relm. Once married to the Prince of the Dark relm, the Dutchess had it all. But since his unfortunate death in battle, she was left behind with all his riches and his home. Feeling lonely, she had opened her castle to the soldiers who passed by and in need of shelter for the night. But since the war had been over for 500 years, the Dutchess was lonely again. He idea for the Masquerade ball was when she was having dinner with her servants. They talked about the times when the Prince, before his marriage to the Dutchess, would throw masquerade balls almost every other week too keep the castle lively. They told her however that he wasn't very carefull about who he invited and there were often many assassins who tried to kill him would come. Thankfully, the staff in the castle were trained in battle and assassinations and were able to take out the would be assassins without a speck of raised suspicion. She then decided that she would invite all to her party and from there she sent out an invitation and a map that will bring them together in a group for her messengers to bring them to her relm. She would then greet them once they have arrived here to her relm in front of her castle. She would then lead them inside to the foyer to welcome them to her Masquerade Ball. After that, then she would lead them to two rooms where they can change and gather a mask for the ball.
