Welcome to the Team Celestia Plotting Thread!
Here, we plot the future moves of the misunderstood evil group Team Celestia, and have them all written out in the OP, so that people know what's going on at what time. Team Celestia's main goal is to bring about the Great Evil, which they intend to harness for their own use. The leader of this group is Sirius, whose controller is yet to be named.

xxx5+ trainers (yet to be determined) approach Asude City. On their way, they see several people dressed in odd uniforms, but do not approach them. Upon the trainers reaching the city, they are shut out and not allowed in for some time. After a while, a police officer allows them entry, informing them that there has been strange activity in the area. The locals have all been acting strange, and as though by disease, anyone who enters the city starts acting odd, too. The group stay in the city, curious to find out what's going on, but soon they notice a couple of their members start to show signs of what the locals have. The group try to leave, but find the city on complete lock down so that it does not spread. With no other choice, the group tries to investigate what's going on so that they might cure the 'ill' group members, but soon they all start to catch the 'disease'. Alarmed, they start to see more of the oddly-dressed people that were around Asude. One member decides to follow them, dragging everyone along with him/her. The grunt, unaware that he/she is being followed, leads the group to the lake. There, the grunt walks along the edge until they find a trapdoor. He/she opens it with a key and slips inside, not shutting the door properly. The group, naturally, climb in after the grunt, and find themselves in a dark tunnel. The hurry along it, discovering a large underground compound. Everywhere, people are in the odd uniforms. The grunts notice the group, and in their increasingly bad state, they are unable to properly defend themselves. They are taken captive and all their Pokemon but their starters confiscated. An Agent/Admin finds them and explains their symptoms - Team Celestia has been experimenting on various Pokemon (which is why theirs were confiscated, to be used as test subjects) and have been producing toxic gas. They figured out how to send this to the surface, pumping it up into the city. The clean air in the compound starts to clear their heads, but they're still in a bad way, the original two that got ill being much worse. They push through this confusion, though, and release their starters. One of them has an Escape Rope, which they use to try and escape Team Celestia. Just as they are escaping, they are interrupted by the Legendary Pokemon Shaymin. Shaymin, angry that the air is being polluted, tells them that it has absorbed the toxic air from the city and uses that power to blow up the facility, but not before the grunts notice the Pokemon and sound the alarm - they manage to withdraw the remaining members to Zidoa Island, just as the compound is blown up. The trainers emerge to the shocked Asude City. Shaymin leaves, allowing the city to recover from the poisoning. The trainers are declared saviors of the city, because the allow the dead Pokemon to rest in peace once more, but the threat of Team Celestia remains.

xxxUpon reaching Iclea Town, Belle discovers that her father has been murdered by a Team Celestia member - Des. He was killed for his technology which is required to revive the Great Evil. At this stage, she is, of course, unaware of who the actual killer was, but this puts a massive hole in her journey. It takes a while for her to resume her travels, but as she does so, her mother gives her a pendant that her father left for her. This is required to activate the equipment, and Team Celestia quickly realises this and needs to get it back.

Bear in mind that not everyone knows all about TC - in fact, the majority of young trainers, while maybe they've heard rumours of an organisation moving around Etrua, will not know too much about them.
