This contest will be free for all. So you can enter anything, be it a squad, vehicle, war machine, monstrous creature or diorama. Warhammer 40k, Warhammer Fantasy, Lord of the Rings, Specialist Games. To spice things up a bit we're broadening the games to not just Games Workshop this year round, so any type or brand of war game is allowed and is considered a legit entry.
The contest will run from the 2nd of April until the 30th of April.Rules1. Each entry must be accompanied by a piece of paper with your Gaia screen name written on it in handwriting. This is so we know that the model is actually yours and that you are not some creepy robot. 2. Yes, you may enter more than one entry! How many? There is a limit of two entries per participant. 3. Please try to take pictures that are crisp and clear. I am not asking for top-class production quality pictures, but images that are fuzzy and have unfocused subjects will be hard to judge, if at all. PrizesFirst place: 8000 gold Second place: 6000 gold Third place: 4000 gold Poll winner: 2000 gold If you have any questions feel free to post them here. ENTRIES.

Because for the first time ever, your sorry, scraggly VC (myself, I'd never describe Winnie as sorry wink ) will be entering. Why is this important?

I think I'll paint the Chrinomera (Chimera from a Rhino) that I modeled with deep gouges in the hull and gobs of rivets once I finally put the turret on. The purpose of all the rivets and gouges (which I'll fill with rough weld beads made from greenstuff) is to make it look like it's built from many different scavenged Rhinos.
This means that I'll paint the different segments in the colors of different Space Marine chapters and Adepta Sororitas orders.

Screw it, count me in as well; I have a Firefly Light Warjack and a new container of rust and an experiment to perform to get a paint-chipping effect with the rust. Plus, I think a few of you will recognize the decal that I'm putting on my little army.
